So I play PvE and any time I get a bullet like that I always hold position and wait for their push. Literally nothing you can do if you get caught out of cover.

It's super strange when I saw them first at Lighthouse, then loaded in Woods raid and got them there.

i think they turned the spawn rate up, they've been everywhere lately
