Always enjoy your videos. Will say that at age 70 plus, I not only like the Saie highlighter, I am also loving the Saie concealer. It is light and smooth and does not aggravate mature under eye issues. Highly recommend that concealer.

That Bobbi Brown concealer severely dried out my under eyes more than any other concealer I have ever used! Its been sitting in the drawer ever since. I tried it a few times with different primers and moisturisers but still left a dry crackling flaky mess under my eyes. It’s the most drying concealer I have ever used! 😭
I’m so mad at Nars because they have changed the light reflecting foundation so I think I’ll try the Jane Iredale and see what I think. And you speaking of Bobbi brown , I remember they had a really good stick foundation. I’ll look to see if they still have that, so I’m glad you reminded me of her products. It blends nicely too so I can use it for areas that don’t need so much coverage too! And, recently I tried the Sephora brand Luminizer …and oh my… it blurs my texture like nothing else! Thanking Sephora for their sale that "made" me try it! 😅

Love your list...here's mine: Never found a dupe for Laura Gellar's bronze n brighten in medium - all time love; another fav is Charlotte Tilbury's lipstick in Dancefloor Princess - perfection; Buxom lipgloss in Dolly ; also nothin' beats Estée Lauder's Double Wear Foundation - although Dior forever matte is close but not nearly as long lasting! So many TH-camrs make comments like "I can't imagine why anyone would need a foundation on for 24 hours.....yeah I can, I wake up on a day off, do my AM routine, get called to work at 3pm unexpectantly and stay there til 7am - welcome to health care...Estée Lauder - still looking good- even when it wears off it's not patchy or clingy!

I love many Bobbi Brown products, including the stick eye corrector and the cream eyeshadow stick, which I have in many colors. The Face Base was too greasy for me as a primer or a moisturizer. The problem I have with Bobbi's foundation and concealer shades is that THEY ARE ALL TOO YELLOW. I have an Irish complexion, and I wish they offered some lighter/pinker shades.

I can’t live without Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base, Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Cream Shadow Sticks, City Lips, Charlotte Tilbury Lip Liners. I’m curious about the Jane Iredale PurePressed Base Mineral Foundation, but I have very dry skin. Diorshow Lash Primer is on my list next time there’s a sale! What I would add is Grande Lash mascara for its peptides, most tubing mascaras simply for longevity (elf is no longer making my favorite), the Mac dry shampoo mascara, the Armani eye tints, Juicy Pang liquid blushes Jones Road foundation, Lancôme Teint Idole concealer, NYX brow glue, and the Colleen Rothschild under eye illuminator. For travel, I love the Woosh Beauty and Makeup Forever face palettes.

I am 69 years young and I keep hearing I should not wear powder foundation. I have worn Jane Iredale for 10 years. I listen to advice and buy a liquid foundation and then always go back to Jane. I have wasted a lot of money on foundations when I had the holy grail all along.
I am getting the JI powder foundation on your rec this week, can't wait!! I also recently got the mini size of the Givenchy prism libre powder (again on your rec) and find it is the only powder that works for my mature skin. I too have found eyeshadow sticks work very well on my 58yo eyelids. For the BB concealer, would you recommend this for wrinkles over say a ND, HL or Dior concealer? I have LOTS of texture/wrinkles under the eyes with dark circles so I need to wear concealer. TY for this video, ❤ you.
Hi! I am so happy to hear the Givenchy powder is working so well for you. It is such a nice one! Yes, the BB concealer is really nice, but make sure to use a tiny bit. With any concealer, too much can crease, and because this one is full coverage, you only need a tiny bit.

Loved this video Lisa!!!! I’ve been debating about getting the Jane Iredale Balmy blush …. How does the color compare to the Westman Atelier Petal? They look very similar and I already have Petal.
Lisa could tell you better, but I have both now. I think the Jane Iredale just gives a more natural flattering “flush” color to my light-medium cheeks. I think petal is pinker on me. They are similar but I reach for Balmy more often now. Obviously you don’t need both but I think you’d love Balmy. 😊
Hi Karen, they are similar but I feel like Balmy has more color payoff and a bit deeper (but it's not dark or deep at all- it just seems a little richer color). But they are very similar. If you don't want 2 blushes that are too close in color- I would wait until you run out of it and then try Jane Iredale

I love the Saie, Glowy Super Gel Lightweight Dewy Multipurpose Illuminator, but I don't know how to use it with liquid foundation. If I use liquid foundation and set with a powder, when/how would I use the Saie Illuminator?
I chose the recommended color based on my Estée Lauder and Dior foundation colors. I feel like it looks lighter than I would have chosen in person but I feel like once it's on, it looks good. Plus, you can return it to the store if it doesn't work out. I do love the powder so I highly recommend.

I want to try the Basma stick foundation next. Hard to choose the right shade online though. The Sephora color IQ has never gotten me right.

Hi Leslie! You can apply it under or over, but if you use a tinted SPF, I would apply it under!

Suncreen goes underneath primer. Toner, serum, moisturiser, sunscreen, primer. 😊
I use it as a primer so I apply after sunscreen.
Can you put this over a tinted sunscreen?
Is your tinted sunscreen doubling as your foundation? If so, I wouldn't put a primer on top of that.

Bare mineral will always be my go to. People just need to be taught once again how to apply it. Swirl your brush around your face, keep swirling until your foundation looks flawless

I am 69 years young and I keep hearing I should not wear powder foundation. I have worn Jane Iredale for 10 years. I listen to advice and buy a liquid foundation and then always go back to Jane. I have wasted a lot of money on foundations when I had the holy grail all along.

I am getting the JI powder foundation on your rec this week, can't wait!! I also recently got the mini size of the Givenchy prism libre powder (again on your rec) and find it is the only powder that works for my mature skin. I too have found eyeshadow sticks work very well on my 58yo eyelids. For the BB concealer, would you recommend this for wrinkles over say a ND, HL or Dior concealer? I have LOTS of texture/wrinkles under the eyes with dark circles so I need to wear concealer. TY for this video, ❤ you.
Hi! I am so happy to hear the Givenchy powder is working so well for you. It is such a nice one! Yes, the BB concealer is really nice, but make sure to use a tiny bit. With any concealer, too much can crease, and because this one is full coverage, you only need a tiny bit.

Loved this video Lisa!!!! I’ve been debating about getting the Jane Iredale Balmy blush …. How does the color compare to the Westman Atelier Petal? They look very similar and I already have Petal.
Lisa could tell you better, but I have both now. I think the Jane Iredale just gives a more natural flattering “flush” color to my light-medium cheeks. I think petal is pinker on me. They are similar but I reach for Balmy more often now. Obviously you don’t need both but I think you’d love Balmy. 😊
Hi Karen, they are similar but I feel like Balmy has more color payoff and a bit deeper (but it's not dark or deep at all- it just seems a little richer color). But they are very similar. If you don't want 2 blushes that are too close in color- I would wait until you run out of it and then try Jane Iredale

Yes. I used the Lancôme for years. Recently got the Dior and absolutely love it!

I really want to try the Jane Iredale powder foundation, but I always get stumped/confused when I try to choose the color I need 🥺
I chose the recommended color based on my Estée Lauder and Dior foundation colors. I feel like it looks lighter than I would have chosen in person but I feel like once it's on, it looks good. Plus, you can return it to the store if it doesn't work out. I do love the powder so I highly recommend.

The commercial OTC lash serums don't contain the prostaglandins. ❤
I use Revitalash and Grande Lash, I rotate between the two. It may be in my head but I feel like I get best results when I swith it up
