@dave-swift just curious to know about the core CRM feature like number of Lead management and connecting email campaigns with SMTP. can you suggest on this point?
Sorry, I don't fully understand the question. There is no email automation in Amwork, but it will create contacts/leads for everyone you email. I showed the CRM modules and Inbox module in the video and demonstrated nearly all currently available features of those modules.
Great video. Our marketing company is attempting to use this as our CRM/Task Management System. I think this system has a great base to work off of. I love that its modular, and you use what modules you want. Like you, I feel like that some things just are a little weird. Having no automations in task and activities is strange when you offer them in projects. I would love to see them open up a line of communication in some way whether a public roadmap or a forum offering. Overall though, its a pretty great deal and look forward to what else they bring to Amwork.
I wish you would do some in depth How To for the Leads/Deals! Amwork does not have much for trainings..... purchased it, it looks amazing, but it's a bit confusing...
Nice review, Dave. Can you confirm if the user tagging "@" is available across modules / activities / tasks / chats? Do they have an app? with basic chat functionality?
What is currently your go-to sales CRM, Dave? Preferably something that might be/have-been on Appsumo and it's not ridiculously expensive. Amwork looks promising and it's cheap, but would like your opinion. I'm a freelance web designer, if that helps to narrow it down.
@@dave-swift It doesn't have to be an LTD. If there's something that's really good, is not overly complicated with hundreds of features (like Hubspot), has a simple but well-done pipeline and good email automation chains, I'm ok with paying a small sub (like 15-20$). I just want to make sure I'm paying for a good product and I won't need to change it in 6 months.
@@dave-swift I don't care that much whether it's an LTD or not. As long as it has a simple, not overcomplicated but well executed pipeline and good email automation chains, I can pay a small sub (15-20$). I just want something that I won't need to change from in 6 months.
Check out FreeScout with the workflows, CRM, and kanban addon. Makes a great little sales CRM if you're willing to host! (otherwise we do that for clients at clientamp.com)
Great review. Can you also do for ninjapipe?
Thanks D. It was already on my calendar for recording today :) 👍
I'll likely publish on Monday.
Another vote for a NinjaPipe review please - thank you
Thanks David. I'm hoping to get that one out early next week.
@@dave-swift Welp - Based on your recent NinjaPipe review, I best stick to Amwork...
Yeah, good idea. 👍

Thanks for sharing your experiences, Brett! Good luck with Amwork. 👍
Do you have to use your Business Profile to use FB Messenger?
Yes, you can't connect to a personal account. That's a Facebook/Meta API thing.

Thanks Robyn. No plans for a follow up right now, but maybe if it comes back to appsumo in the future.
@@dave-swift thank you for the reply. I enjoy your videos!
Thanks Robyn, I appreciate it. Good luck with Amwork. 👍
Based on 900 views in 14 hours, seems to be a popular need/tool. CRM's are coming out of the woodwork these days. 😃
I think it's the category of tool that everyone hates most, so we're always looking for something better. 😅
Great video... Another vote for NinjaPipe review/comparison please, it seems to have some things that AmWork is missing.
Thanks Sam, early next week on NinjaPipe. 👍
@@dave-swift thanks mate 🥳🥳

Thanks! No @, no app.
Mobile needs to be addressed (I do mention this in the video).
Hi Dave, can you do a review on Suitedash?
Sorry but Suitedash would expire before I could create a video.

Hey Bobby, I think Amwork is a solid choice if you want to stick with LTD and it appeals to you.
CRMs are a dime a dozen, but good ones are rare.

is this a GHL white label?
Nope!
@@dave-swiftgreat video btw, but question, how does a business know that this is a secure software and not a well designed phisher?
I suppose there is an element of trust with every cloud app we use!
