Love the sound of Flaps early in the morning! 😊
It is so relaxing listening to the captain talk with an Irish accent over the intercom
That’s the FA, not the pilot but yes agree, an Irish accent is very soothing.
It's great to have such a great airline to show what our country is all about!
Crispy Crunchy Cookie come on Ireland
Am in awe everytime i see how far technology has come. Amazing.
5:30 l love this song❤️

1:55 gear down 😍
@iFIopsi K. they meant it sounds cool lol
@iFIopsi K. yea true
This brings backs memories ❤️
Especially during pandemic...I missed my holiday back to the UK...dont get many now I love abroad ..
Me too
The landing sound is soooooooooooo satisfying
love the sound and thanks for the audio for my animation
That landing gear was very loud going down , great landing as useal by airlingus
That was flaps
*aer
Auto land most aer lingus pilots are asleep
@@thunderere8687 nice plane
Yeah...big difference in comparison with Cryinair
I miss the Ole B747-200s many times from Ny to Dublin back when Shannon was the 1st stop you made. We Did Lax to JFK on Twa B747-200s then Aer Lingus over to Dublin.
Joseph Pritt they only had like three of them and They Don’t Fly The B-747s no more. :-(
Beautiful view, reminds me of NZ

Wow, there's already sun at 4:35 AM in the morning. Where I live, the sun doesn't normally rise until between 6:00 and 7:00 AM.

I don't think the sun has risen yet in the video.

Where do you live marci?
In Dublin, the sunrise and sunset depends on what time of year it is...

Pilots are simply Heroes!
Really nice. Very real
Great video nice sound 👍
Sounds good, but u cant beat the sound of an a380s hydraulics 😍
Awesome footage !
Morning landings for the win
Vey good video looks incredible
4:35
perfectly smooth approach and landing, thanks for a great video. How do you just stay awake to capture all of the approach,,
Really good sound. But miss the ground noise planes make when high speed on ground. I guess A330 doesn't have that. One type of its engines sound very good though. I was living near the glide slope of LTBA once. Also all 777 engines sound very good.
Edit: I may be confusing the sound with exhaust/reverser exhaust noises. They are similar but probably heard at different levels.
Having no legroom sucks terribly!!!!!
Best sound ever
You get a nice welcome home message we get weather out there is mild rain and showers ( uk ) 😂😂
I am in England aswell
HAHAHAh Funny thing, I flew on this exact plane last year on the many flights I took from Boston to Dublin. They still have that brake grind/ hyro pressurization sound. I'm pretty sure the plane is called "St.Aengus".
5:29 that flaps tho!
Love Ryanair so much
@@Gaurav_Sharma3112 That's Aer Lingus actually duded. Ireland's national airline carrier.
@@nigelmurphy6761 I know that
@@nigelmurphy6761 but I was talking about the Ryanair but my mind changed when I saw their landing videos
Hi everyone
Hi
Can someone tell me what the noise is where you get to a certain height while descending it sounds like a sonic boom but isn’t ? Someone explain pls
Its the landing gear coming out
nice video :D
nice video i just hate the gear sound why don't they make it silent or hum
Great Video!!! :D What date was this?
Great landing! :D
Thanks. It was quite nice indeed!
The landing Gear under the belly of the plane looks like a a320 sound? Omg 😂
It was still dark at 04:50am in April when we landed from JFK , after touchdown the windows fogged up on the outside so I had to stop taking video!
Can't help it but it still unerves me that the system.that works the wing flaps and wheels coming down on aeroplanes could break down ...it's very rare I know but not impossible...what a potential nightmare ...I think about it every single flight I take 😟😟😟
On modern airliners it's as good as impossible.
very nice, what's your opinion about EI's longhaul inflight service?
Flight Date/month?
It's fine. I found the a330-300 had more legroom than the -200 variant. Good entertainment system and service, but absolutely nothing compared to most other international carriers. It's good service for a cheap, long haul flight.
=)
Ok I didn't get this this video at all ? the description ?
But ok it was nice of a plane landing
7:40 what's that sound. I notice it on every a330 I fly on
the PTU balancing out the hydraulics, most Airbus craft have them.
Oh thanks
It sounds good tbh
Liked
I swear the engine will roar loundly everytime we landed but why doesn't any camera audio capture it?
It depends where you’re filming from relative to the engine. Camera microphones struggle to pic up the rumbling sound/frequency from the engine.
@@flapsnslats ok thanks for the information!
Is the noise at 1:57 Caused by the landing gear?
Yes
It was the motors of the flaps, if you listen you can hear it as the flaps are lowering, the motors are the fin looking parts underneath the wing that you see poking out the back there
you hear it at 5:30 as well
@@csx2183 actually I believe it was the landing gear lock or something since the flap motors were not engaged at 1:57. Furthermore, right before the bang occured at 1:58, you could hear the landing gear doors being opened, signifying that the landing gear was going to be extended. Thanks for your response!
@@blahblahblahhahaha8897 oh, your hearing the flight attendant annoucement faintly at that part
Yes
When I was going in srilankan airlines I experienced the same.
Yes
Is it possible to program a landing sequence into the Flight Computer so that when you press Land the flaps know how far to retract, the Fasten Seatbelt sign comes on and the automated arrival announcements play?
Seat belt sign is one switch, setting flaps is pulling a lever and landing is sometimes automated, too
@@Askaly I thought it was a switch
Quite hard landing
Pretty smooth! A330 tends to have that rattling sound
The fact that No one clapped(probably because everyone was sleeping)
I hate the clappers
I've landed at midway with Southwest Airlines at like 2 am
thats one tired air hostess
Nice video of a wing.
YEAH BUT IT'S NOT JUST A WING IT'S A WING OF AER LINGUS IRELANDS STATE AIRLINE FLYING INTO GOD'S COUNTRY 😆😂😊
ok, von da aus schwimmen wir rüber zu den irländischischn Weibern und holen uns das Gold
the flap sound makes me feel high
