Delhi food does not represent India. food in Delhi is heavy, thick gravy based, unhealthy while food in India generally lighter, watery, healthy.

You are right! Our guide said that Delhi, and Old Delhi in particular, have a very different cuisine than the rest of India. Thankfully we were able to try foods from other regions of India later on in our trip 😊 Thank you for watching, we really appreciate it!

Your Food Guide is amazing he made sure you guyz dont get delhi belly,as an foreigner who havent eaten any asian cuisines locally. He made sure with help of fruits and vegetables your gut is introduced to new bacteria. This help your gut to better work for local delicacies.I hope that may have helped but still it sometimes get the best of us.
Had to say i always wanted to had that Ice Cream ,had only eaten that in Marriages before thanks for showing us that shop, feels strange getting to know your own city through a foreigner.😅

You are too kind! Thank you for the kind words and for watching, we really do appreciate it! You are right, our tour guide was great. He was really knowledgeable and took us to places with good food where we did not get sick. We did not get sick the entire time we were in India. We hope you get to try the ice cream soon! We only know of the places because of a local so technically a foreigner didn't show you, a local did 😊

Very busy area. I love the electrical work in the streets. I think the hotel/motel was very nice and I hope you made use of that pool. Was it stinking hot there? Meaning extremely hot? The food looks fresh, healthy and delicious. I bet that was a better tasting KFC 🍗. The ice cream must been amazing. Indian food is delicious, we love it. If you get a chance and if you are not turned off but try Goat Curry it is delicious. Sounded like that older man on tour with was Aussie. What a incredible experience. Thank you for sharing

You are right, Indian food is delicious! And the chicken was way better than KFC 😂
We were in India at the end of November and beginning of December, it was warm but pleasant. We had a lot of people tell us that is the best time of year to travel through India because the weather isn't too hot. We were very fortunate to have such great weather!
We were on a tour with On The Go, which is an Australian company so we traveled with mostly Australians and New Zealanders. Everyone was very kind and friendly on our tour as well as everyone we met throughout India. It was a great experience! Thank you for watching 😊

Wow! The streets were so congested and “beepy!” Yes, you could kind of “feel” the pulse of all of it happening around you.
I like Indian food, would love a tour like that. Now I’m craving some!
Looking forward to the next one.

Although there was a lot of beeping in Old Delhi, we didn't find it as aggressive as when you get beeped at in the United States. When you get beeped at in the States, it is because you messed up and did something wrong 😂 But in Old Delhi, it was more of a friendly warning that they needed to be where you are and you are in the way 😊 The food was great! Thank you for watching, we really appreciate it!

you can book a luxury india tour and stay in all five star hotels which are quite reasonable compare to US prices, so you will definitely have a tourist experiences whereas, this couple went to have a local experiences. FYI most Marriot hotels in india are within $120-$150 a night and Marriot courtyard is even cheaper with as less as $60-$70 but you want even cheaper try ibis hotels which are as little as $30-$40 a night and has all the Western standards, call them up and tell them you want a custom Indian package tour.

My partner and I would love to visit India, and I think a tour would be a great idea, but I’m not sure how gay friendly they are there. We’re pretty low key, but we wouldn’t want to stick out. I guess we’d research a specific tour maybe. 🤷 Love seeing you both exploring our beautiful world! Excited for all the adventures still ahead, beginning with the rest of this trip!
