    Just got to say this is one of your best videos yet! The footage, editing, and music was all great! As far as the ribs go, I was hungry by the time you were done. I love simple, no hassle BBQ. Matter of fact I think people over-complicate things like ribs a lot. Looking forward to the next one!

    A tip on managing the temp (coals) to keep er' goin for 6hrs would be right neighborly. that much coals I could see having it crazy hot!

    Does the bottom of the chimney have a grated bottom or just open all the way through?

    I basted a pork loin the entire time I cooked it. It had a bit of a smoke ring but not much and no smoke flavor to speak of. Next time, I will baste at the end. Thanks.
