The Garlic and Jalapeno sound good to me. I love the taste of garlic in my pork. but i never tried jalapenos YUM I have a hard time keeping the pineapple juicy off it. Heck only live once, i still add it. Get them hula girls dancing for me. Love Hawaiian foods.. They do pork so RIGHT YUMMY

Love your videos to start! So do you do any 12 hours smokes or just long smokes? I’m a smoker myself and I love seeing new things. Keep them coming!
Nicholas Beppler my longer smokes are when I do briskets and pork shoulder/butt. I consider myself more of a power smoker versus the traditional low and slow. It also depends on the tone I have to do the cooks. Being in the military I have to be ready to be called in at any time. Fortunately I will be retiring in 2022 and can have more assured time to be able to do longer smokes. Thanks for watching. I will be having a break in posting videos soon as I am preparing to move to Texas but when I get there the videos will be coming on a regular basis again!

@@GrillandSmokeBBQ I have the pitboss Austin XL onyx and I've gotten bit a few times by the center getting too hot I went ahead and ordered the original flame tamer in hopes to get it under control....mi bought the big one for maximum surface. With that said I just finished getting it ready and I am doing two batches one pineapple habanero and one apple cinnamon!

But now I’ve got a variety of single ingredient spices that will just sit alone for probably a long time. Heath’s Garlic Jalapeño rub is spot on! And in one container. It’s the bomb for sure

I come across your channel I just recently purchased a trager the cheapest one that I could afford but I like your channel and our local grocery stores having country ribs on sale for like $.98 a pound is that good? I did smoke a couple try tips on my Traeger and primarily it’s a pellet grill like yours is so I’m gonna take your recipe and I’ll let you know how it comes out thank you for your channel and content

@@GrillandSmokeBBQ dzzamn, that scares me though, made some today for 1st time, only used rub, 225 for 1.5hrs, 250 for 45min slathered in bbq. Came out at 148° was a bit over for me
@@Doja421 the great thing about bbq is we can all have the same thing made different ways. As long as it tastes good to the person that eats/makes it, that’s all that counts in the end 😃
