If Britishers didn't have come, there would have been a swaraj or free India under Marathas. Britishers actually took Bharat from Marathas not mughals. The Mughal Empire lasted in India for 330-331 years from 1526 - 1857. The Mughal Empire founder, Babur came from Uzbekistan in 1526. And the last Emperor, Bahadur Shah Jaffar, died in 1857.
