- Today in Conan Exiles we're building a Stormglass Castle! This build uses the new Stormglass Cathedral set from the Bazaar to construct a gigantic fortress in the frozen north! This castle uses Stormglass and Nemedian with no mods, and is the home of a small group of Set worshippers. Enjoy!

loving it. on my third attempt at a layout for a tower in the water. made some amazing lobbies and entrance halls. atm im playing around with the new designs i can pull off till it all comes together in a half decent build. Its making a decent double wide stair case that thats still ornate enough but can go at least 5-25 walls up over 3 levels and not be too massive. about 15x15 ish. my hallways are on point with this set though.

I'm in the process of completely rebuilding this castle on my own game (I had to change the base, my constructions didn't satisfy me).
I'm making a few slight changes (replacing the ladder to the upper floor with a small tower, for example), but having this video as a guide helps me a lot.
Good lord, this is the best build I've ever seen in Conan Exiles.

Thanks Air! Builds like this are nice but not really practical for PvP for the most part, hence all the box builds. Community PvE or RP servers are full of nice builds tho!

Fantastic looking build! I rareley find inspiration from the mega huge builds since i only play on public and the time investment and no flying mode kind of make it hard to actually build something this big but i do still like to watch them.
I like the new cathedral pieces. I intend to use them to build a tarantula/ zath base with the new pillars and strutts as legs and possibly the new windows for eyes. It will probably look goofy but i still want to try it out.
Glad you enjoyed the build! Large & Mega builds definitely require a certain type of stamina, especially for building in survival. I don't think I could survive the resource grind myself 😂
I never felt the grind specially in chapter 2. The headhunting traders trade the black blood tools and the t4 workers required to make big builds feasible, in fact I just skiped hardened steel in my chapter 2 pve start, jumping straight to legendary with the traders also indirectly the selling star metal necessary to repair those tools and weapons or building arrows.
Set is the logical choice for stormglass, people associate him with the stygians but he is also god of acheron and judging the the texture is the acheronian items stormglass matches very closely but acherorian stuff and the giant kinds stone textures. Its vaulted ceilings even ressemble scales of some sort.

It's on the eastern side of the Frozen North, up high in the mountains. It's not too far from the map border

I like to follow along and build your builds the ones with no mods anyway with that being I know these are speed builds, but is there anyway to get a slower version of the video to follow along?
Probably the best way is by slowing the video down. You gotta click the cog, click "playback speed" and you can play it at 0.75, 0.5 or 0.25
