hi im thai just my own recommendations for your cafe maybe you need an outside decorations for anyone who drive pass your cafe can see this is a cafe not a house and maybe they will buy few cup of coffee already plus being old dad is ok as long as you live healthy lifestyle + has a good mental health you can be with her and your wife long time than you may expect 🎉🎉🎉

My idea is doing airbnb arbitrage: renting from owner with one year lease, then re-rent it on a daily basis in airbnb. You can rent some places that are not good looking so you can rent it for cheap, then you can buy second-hand furniture and put some beautiful accessories to make the apartments look pretty. Note that, buy second-hand, not new furniture.
