Former ADA and practicing Defense Attorney here, the A.I. doesn't understand legal procedures or sentencing guidelines because of the levels of documented criminality is a prosecutor's wet dream. For example, the parent's crimes if presented would fall under the 5-99 years category before you factor in the fraud which would be another 5-99 enhanced due the prior conviction.
Plus wouldn't her lawyer have found the evidence of them getting a mortgage in her name whilst preparing for the first case? Also I'm not sure if this is what you meant when you said 5-99 or not, but wouldn't this much crime come with some jail time?!
Yeah, this is where the family legally try to extort your money so they can enjoyed enjoy work. One think , never ever trust yiur family not to rip you off. It is very simple, the company is owned by you. , the money is owned by the company.
I think its common knowledge these stories are mostly fake. One fact makes that clear. Who doesn't notice 100k missing from thier small business and even claims to just have forgot about an account with that much money in it
She should change her social security number, with people like that they'll try over and over, because it obviously works as effed up as that is to acknowledge!
Pennsylvania has had Filial Piety Laws. I’m not sure if they’ve been deleted. There was a case some years ago about an adult child (living out of state) who was being sued by state Medicaid for reimbursement for the parent’s or parents’ stay at a nursing home. I’m not confident on my grasp of the facts of the case. I was appalled by the whole thought of it.

Except for the fact that there are 30 states in the United States that have the law. But here's the thing the parents have to be able to prove that they supported the kid and that's why they're in dire straits now. Would this case the parents have no proof of such thing.
I will say it again, "Never tell people about your Money", the more you make, the less you say.

Something is off; why would OP open a joint account with her father when she has already cut them off? And how was the account funded?
That’s just another reason I know it’s a made up a.I story with poor writing

How does a bank loan money without confirming the identity for all the signatures?
Its never about the money, but it is.

if that law is real it sucks

How is it making you sea sick? Do you not mean a motion sickness
@@georgiegal6745😅 Right! The younger me would've loved the background. Now I need my Dramamine or face my phone downward.
