hi, I tried this recipe, dosa did not come well. The batter is so sticky. we were unable to spread it on the pan. Suggestions please.
Sorry to hear that. Make a batter smooth and pourable consistency. Use nonstick or cast iron pan in medium heat and make dosa.
I just skipped moong dal. Just add one more tsp of chana dal. And used cast iron pan.it does not work.
