Fun results from your hunt(s). Probably a lot more hours and digging trash to find the goodies than we see (we all know that!) Nice to have some fertile ground with older stuff to find (while it lasts). Cheers!
@PAPAROUSwhatsinthedirt I wish we could share. I think there a few reasons why we find so many coins. I think one of the big reasons is we are not far from LA so I think there was a lot of trading going on, and lot of people moving out west.
Sounds like the legend 60 tones what I am surprised they leave those buildings standing here on this part of the US Northern Ohio Homeless people would be all in that is that private property are city
Absolutely amazing the condition of the nickels you find out there! Ours are all crusty and brown here, probably because we have more moisture in the ground? Enjoyed the video Greg!
I love my IHP found close to 50 last year and so far I got around 7 but it won’t be long now the old farm fields will once again produce some IHP and a few other awesome permissions I only found one 1870.s that is how rare they are to find for me anyway but I have Scot on quite a few 64 66 68 60 61 no first years a very rare 7 over the 8 1888 and a beautiful 1894 double die
More great finds! You guys are so lucky to have places like those.
We really are Dan, and we are always on the hunt for new site's.
