( Tukkuguda--- Adibatla) The prices are relatively lower than west Hyd, but it has best road infra in Hyd. Also airport is planning to develop a SEZ inside it, to be leased out to IT companies. Raheja has a huge land bank in that region,this region also has TASL, where all future F-16's will be produced, best school of Hyderabad is also present there (Aga Khan). Commute to Financial Dist will take about 35-40 min on ORR, though Mokhila is closer to Fin Dist, you have to travel on regular road, so the commute time similar and more tiresome. Most importantly, there will be metro connectivity from airport to Fin Dist in 3 years. Which will change the game all together.
