Surprisingly this is actually one of the best water based pomades I’ve used. It’s cheap, available everywhere, and for a water based pomade it does not harden in my hair and is easy to re style hours after the first application. I see on the ingredients there is some form of castor oil in it so maybe that’s why it works so well, but it still washes out in one go.
I've used Axe pomade before, and it's not that bad, if that's all you can afford... But if you have the flexibility to pitch in an extra $4 or so, I'd advise the red Reuzel. Way better stuff.
I'll never forget my 7th grade locker room experience... There was this one jock kid that sprayed a shit ton of Axe spray in the locker room and the P. E. teacher told him to cut it out, or else. Just as the teacher was leaving, the kid sprayed a whole minutes-worth of the spray to be a pain in the ass, and thanks to him we weren't even allowed to use deodorant for the rest of the year -_-
We would plan out these Axe bombing attacks where we'd rubber-band the top of the Axe can so it's constantly spraying, and toss it in the girls' locker room... What fun.
Dude you say your hair isn't the best but I've seen your older videos and it WAS the best. I get it's a pain to do your hair into a pomp all the time. I mastered the pomp for my hair and to be honest i ditched it and went for a more side slick back with really long hairs just hanging off the the side. It takes me less than 5 minutes to do it and I'm happy with it. Glad to see you back to, very influential part of my greasy days
Been using Murray pomade but the hassle I’m having is removing it once I take a shower. I wash my hair with shampoo three times and I can still feel that is in my hair. I just bought this Axe pomade today and will be giving it a shot. These two are my first pomade as I just recently began to comb my hair. Thanks for your opinion bro.
Love the looking at crap series. Makes me laugh. For me the Uppercut deluxe pomade is my worst. Just can't seem to work with it before it solidifies like lava !
Yah a triumphant return I'm not a fan of gel type pomades but hey I might try it out. Suavecito has an oil based out now you should check that out, also old spice has a water based that's very cheap so that another widely distributed option you could look into. Just fyi you're the reason I really got in to pomade. I used to just use Murray's and was content with that but your videos showed me there was stuff above and beyond my expectations, so keep up the good work my man your awesome!
I was using brylcreem and it was really hot out and was on my way to a doctors appointment and my hair collapsed. Found this pomade but the spiked version and added it to my hair with the Brylcreem and they worked together my hair held like Supermans! I've started with Brylcreem and added the axe and its been great! Getting Royal Crown Monday and will try that!
If anyone was at Walmart hesitating between this junk and the rest of the other cheap pomades and hair products, try out Cremo Barber Grade Polish....It's really amazing for the price and i LUV it
Yay Cameron is back!!!

I remember us kids would make “axe bombs” which is when you slam the top of the axe so that it sprays continuously. We pissed off sooo many people.
Axe body spray is a middle schoolers shower in a can

Welcome back Cam!!!

Great to see you back! What is the best pomade for slick look and shiny not expensive for slight wavy hair?
Love the looking at crap series. Makes me laugh. For me the Uppercut deluxe pomade is my worst. Just can't seem to work with it before it solidifies like lava !
Mark Walsh uppercut matte pomade is just the worst I use
+Florent Arminn I've got that and can't use it. It seems to discolour my hair. As I'm grey it leaves beige stains in it. Terrible stuff.
Makes your hair feel like a haystack
+Cameron A perfect description lol
Mark Walsh it s fucking sticky lol

Awesome to see a new video man, big fan!
Why should it be bad? It's a water based pomade with a pleasant smell.
you should try nioxin diaboost, it really helps thicken your hair
Alexander Carlson Lee what is that?
If i was in a pinch and i went to a local walmart, i’d get Murrays Edgewax or Royal crown 😆
Taft irrestible power pommade. .. man that's the worst stuff I used
We get crap like this for like 2 euros in Germany🤔 8 dollars is quite a lot for such a crappy product
I was using brylcreem and it was really hot out and was on my way to a doctors appointment and my hair collapsed. What is wrong with axe smell? love axe africa even in my 30's when you want to save the 80$ smell for special occasions.

Layrite’s newer products like cement clay and natural matte cream are really good. Plus you get 4.25 oz for 17 bucks and the jars are premium :)
Hey Cameron, when your hair gets longer and thicker, could you do a Roy Orbison pompadour please
Commondevintoo my hair is getting quite thin. I don't know if I can do it now :(
In short, it's some decent crap.
