I love watching you two 😍 You film “as is” no montage; no special effects, filters or fake positivity. That’s what makes you special and I’m sure soon you’ll have lots of subscribers as people are yearning for natural, authentic life experiences.
Thank you for such a nice comment, it means a lot to us. It's easier to be ourselves than somebody else 😉 We like watching similar videos - simple daily lives of simple people. And we thought we might find out tribe who might enjoy our content ❤️
That first house immediately had my heart. Whoever is fortunate enough to live there will surely be happy within its walls. Thank you for this enjoyable video. The quality was excellent. A+. (Logs off and starts looking for €150,000 😁.)
@tarabreslin8110 The first one had a unique charm, and that patio with the cooking area was something special! We are happy you found it enjoyable. ( If you will find it , we will be your nearby neighbours 😆)
Very nicely done, I thought you where in Greece with all the blue/white colours lol . They are all good but the 2nd and 3rd where really nice ,the kitchen with a window is the best ,don't see to many of those in Italy , maybe next time you can tell how far cafes, bus, train station, Airport are. Cheers from Canada
Thank you for sharing these beautiful properties. I luv no. 1 if I was a bit younger I would move there 😢. Luv Sicily but I font luv the politics . So sad that's why we moved to Canada. Years ago. Love you to.
La prima proprieta' mi calza a pennello! Molto bella e in campagna, come desidero. Sarebbe un sogno potermi trasferire. Avete fatto un bel video, complimenti.👏 Molto meglio di tanti agenti immobiliari che fanno video su you tube!
I would take number 1, but number two is almost better, I love cafe bars, talking about football with neighbours, buying fresh food every day without a car, sitting on the main square and watching people, going to the barber and talking nonsense all day.
@Minimalist1972 I know that countryside life is not for everyone. It is nice to be walking distance to everything and enjoy things that town has to offer ❤️ And of course you can enjoy more of social life 😀
@@SomethingLikeThis1 I love living in nature, I lived in the high mountains for many years, on alpine pastures and mountain huts in the Tyrolean Alps. After a certain age, a city is easier. I had to walk 2-3 hours into the valley to see a doctor or for extras. Now I'm happy to be able to be at the doctor's in 2-3 minutes, to be in a bar or to buy fresh food every day
@Minimalist1972 It sounds like you had a lovely countryside life. Something we would enjoy as well. However, we do value as accessibility to everything we need. 2-3 hours walk sounds lovely when you are 20 years old but not when you are 40+. We like our location as we are only 5 mins away feom town.
I stayed in the second unit you listed for 97000 Euros about a month ago. It was a nice unit, in a good location, in a great town. However there is a very strong odour which comes out of the bathroom, and it is almost overwhelming. That would need to be addressed.
We didn't stay too long in that bathroom, so we didn't feel it, and the window was open. People usually can ask some things to be sorted out by current owners.
You can have it for that money and Scilly . Are you out of mind do you know how much is 150.000 come on . I buy in Puglia for 10.000$ and one in Venetta for 15.000 $ close to beach
I love watching you two 😍

You two do this very well. Great camera placement, unobtrusive music. Very nice narration.
@MikeMoraCalifornia Thank you. It was our first time doing it 😆 Loads of things to improve too, but it was fun!
That was so nice. THANK YOU!
Loved property #1! Well done you 2! Would love to see more!
Looks like everyone loves number 1 property. It was very unique. We will see what we can do in the future 😉

Beautiful properties. Thanks for showing us around.
Our pleasure! Happy you enjoyed the video heart ❤️
Thank you for your time that you put into your videos
@@EnricoAndreasMenozzi We are so grateful for your kind gesture and understanding the effort it takes to make a video ❤️
It's evident that the blue color is a common theme in this area. :-)
Sicilians love that sea blue colour. My husband wanted to paint our doors and windows that colour too 😆
👏👏👏You two are naturals. ❤
@TheBluebellMoon2 Aww, so kind of you ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ We appreciate it 😃

I love number 1!

It's impossible not to like the first property! It is such a beautiful little villa! We are happy you enjoyed this video, we have tried our best 😉
Number 2 is down the street from us. Great location.
The area is very nice 👌
What town is this?
Balestrate? Close to castellammare del golfo
Yes, that's the one 😉
@@SomethingLikeThis1 one of my great grandfather was born there. I am visiting as soon as my car is fixed.

Whats the price for the last house ? And for much can it be rented out ?
The last house was €270.000. The prices vary in the area but could be as high as 300+ a day during the high season.
@@SomethingLikeThis1 Thats high (for Italy) but justified.
I cant afford the villa but i like it
Nothing forbids for all of us to dream 😉
How much was the first house??
@@shannanbegley8189 150.000€
@@SomethingLikeThis1 thank you, I missed it somehow! I was thinking it would be around 75-85,000.😮
@shannanbegley8189 You can find some apartments for this price range in our area, but not really independent houses.
Would you happen to know a realtor that will work with Americans. Specifically the Messina area?
No, sorry. We wish we could help, but we have no contacts on that side of the island.
What's with the greek colours? 😅
😆 Sicily loves blue colour as much as Greece.

That’s in a lot of the B&B in Sicily. They don’t have proper drainage. We just cover our shower drain and open the window.
We didn't stay too long in that bathroom, so we didn't feel it, and the window was open. People usually can ask some things to be sorted out by current owners.

You can find even €1 houses in Sicily. It all depends on how much renovation the house would need.
Nothing nice about these properties, yuck.
Can you send the coordinates for the first property? Do you have something similar in the area with at least 5 acres? I will pm you on instagram.
