    This is a fantastic idea. I always loved TH-U and thought, why can't there be device to run the it. Having a Windows PC in this formfactor offers a ton of possibilities.And of course with NAM and other SW products there is a ton of possibilities.

    Very interesting. A small internal battery can be added to have Standby functionality to power up instantly. However 17 seconds are not bad, even my HX STOMP boots in about 10 seconds.

    Great Video Wilson. Also I must say your English is very good. Very clear and fluent. Many Chinese companies have lots of trouble explaining their products because of language barriers. Your command of the English language is very impressive. Keep up the good videos. Would love to see some videos of the unit in action.

    This looks like a great product Wilson. Do you have any plans to get some of these into the hands of the popular TH-camrs that demo music gear? I think this may help to increase your exposure and possibly your sales as a result of that exposure. :)

    Awesome
    I am going to run more demanding plugins however, is ram, ssd, and cpu upgradable?

    Bom dia para você, Wilson. Acabei de me inscrever no seu canal. Não me leve a mal, é apenas a minha opinião. Para o seu produto ficar "da hora" faltam apenas dois detalhes muito importantes. Primeiro, ele deveria ter um microamplificador embutido, para quem quiser ensaiar sem ter que usar fones de ouvido. Segundo, ele deveria oferecer a opção de alguma distro Linux como sistema operacional. Ubuntu, por exemplo. Eu sei que o Windows é 300.000.000.000.000.000 de vezes mais popular do que qualquer distro Linux. Mas sempre existirão pessoas que preferem usar o Linux.

    The only problem I see is that you need to run a bunch of programs upon startup. Unlike powering on the Helix where everything on on in matter of seconds.

    • @Wilson-PaintAudio
      @Wilson-PaintAudio  18 วันที่ผ่านมา +3

      Yes, although it's still acceptable. Nowadays, many advanced multi-effects processors take more than half a minute to start up.

    • @alexlyn
      @alexlyn 18 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      30+sec starup time is acceptable for me, i change this device from helix due to size, function and portable.

      I use the Harley Benton MP-500 which is basically the same unit distributed by Thomann. On their website you can find the product and an ASIO driver. As the MP-500 shows up on PC and iOS as TS Mega maybe this could be useful for you.

    Power supplies are a terrible waste of resources and there's no reason why USB C can't be the standard for powering these type of devices. It makes financial and environmental sense.

    • @basiltiffani8850

      Usb c is terrible if what you need is a solid and durable connection.

    • @audiocradle3442
      @audiocradle3442 15 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Resources? It draws the same amount of power no matter where you plug it into and if you can't use a USB port to plug it into, you would also have to use the power supply for the USB-C.

      @@audiocradle3442 I mean the material resources making lots of transformers of various polarities etc. All of them doomed to be disposed of once the inevitable cable breaks. I think USB C has potential to make them redundant by standardising power delivery. Good for the Earth.
