I always assumed those bibs were to wear under a big winter coat. So you only have the top and collar showing. Especially good if you dont want the bulkiness of a jumper underneath but still want a neck showing so to speak. X

The fluffy beige bag does have a long strap Ana! Just pull one of the straps and the other will go down and make the strap longer💕

On the fluffy bag, you can pull the one strap with the piece of fabric on to make it a long strap.
