The "grill" thing is basically a French grill called "raclette", which is hard delicious cheese. Very different from fondue.
We usually melt the cheese in the small things under the grill. On top, we put differents meats (charcuterie). And then pour the cheese on top of potatoes 🥺
and you can fry up some veggies on top too but its sooo delish
i like it with bread on top 😍😍

The grill is called a raclette - in germany it's used at family gatherings. Everyone gets their own little pan and can cook in it what they want (usually a mix of meat, veg and topped with cheese). This goes on for hours and includes catching up and drinks as well 🙂
It’s a raclette machine not just a grill and instead of putting things on top, you can put things like ham and cheese in the little trays and they heat up from the top. 👍

It's a Raclette grill (Swiss). We have a dish called Raclette, so basically the small pans are for the squares of cheese and the top to make your bacon, mushrooms and sausages on etc. whilst your cheese is cooking. And then we have small little Raclette potatoes that we put the cheese on when done. We eat that usually with pickles, homemade sauces etc. :)
You do it with friends/family, so each person has a little cheese tray at the bottom.

I think the first thing u had the grill is also called a raclette me and my family normally put meat on the top bit then cheese and vegetables in the trays underneath to melt. Love you 😘

hey Ana ! I live in France and the first machine Keira chose is a raclette machine. Raclette is a popular cheese in France, you put a slice in the tray and usually potatoes and hams on top !
me and my family have that grill and its amazing, we cook bacon and things and then put it on the tray and put it underneath and put cheese on top for it to melt. Once it is melted it tastes amazing- the best thing ever!!
I’ve done that exact murder mystery case file it was amazing! Took me and my partner around 4 hours to do because there’s soooo much detail to it! It was so fun. You should deffo do a video on it x

I have the first grill and its sooo good for gatherings! you can cook meat on the top mainly and in the little compartments I use it for cheese, veg and other bits :]

With the grill as well you can melt chocolate or cheese on the bottom trays and then cook stuff on the top to dip in

Hey Anna the raclet is German we have one and I can cook anything and it is great for dinner parties and it is a real party piece x
A raclette is good for having friends over and cooking meats and cheese on it 😊
The raclette grill is a French traditional device. They use it so that when you are with a group or having a family meal you can melt special cheese in the little pans in the middle, cook potatoes separately and then grill charcuterie on the top. That way you poor the cheese on the potatoes and ad the charcuterie with it :) hope that helped ehe xx
