    Afang soup does not need a special method so long as you have the basic ingredients which is, afang leaves, water leaves, palm oil and some fish or whatever you are good to go
    If you like turn the pot up side down afang soup remain afang soup forever

    Nice one. Pls what should be the ratio of the water leave to afang leaves to get a good result?

    • @NaijaFoodTube
      @NaijaFoodTube  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Vernon Monyep, thanks for watching. The ration really depends on personal preference, however, i usually do a ratio of 7:3 (65%-75% Waterleaf, 25% Afang leaf)

      Hi Pam thanks for watching. Well to my knowledge i dont know of washing with hot water, however, i know of pounding with a Mortar and Pestle, or even blending it after its been thinly sliced dry.

      U need not wash d leave with hot water. Just wash it properly with room temperature water and pound.

    Can you make this without the crawfish

    • @NaijaFoodTube
      @NaijaFoodTube  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Blended or Pounded Crayfish is Essential... (Not sure tho, but I think Crawfish are much bigger in sizes than our typical Crayfish)
