I use the latest Custom Shaders Patch preview release that you need for rain and this video was made with Sol Weather (I now use Pure, the new replacement from the same author which looks even better and uses less resources). I manually set the weather sequence in the Sol Weather app

I think this was the 1967 mod from www.overtake.gg/threads/le-grand-circuit-1967.141133/ There's also a 1970 mod at mega.nz/file/Lkc2TAYa#K39hrYdW6jgUg8wDNH9YyUMQ5NdjckNFH5LruRTglHE with the angled starting from your pitbox which I like even more.
Any links to more accurate car models appreciated and if you see any historic inaccuracies I would love to know in the comments
