Hi everyone! What grade (out of 10) would you give this video?
10 for sure 👍
10/10 for SURE😊
100/10
100 puntos
10/10 from Germany.
"The future" in this movie was almost 10 years ago now. That's heavy.
Ikr 😮
“Weight has nothing to do with it!”
You mean Bttf 2 2015, that's not this scene
Nitpick: There was no "future" in this movie (other than the 1985 they were trying to get back to)
That’s in the sequel
As I kid I was in awe of the 50s once I saw the scene of Marty's first view of the town square. It seems so perfect
Kids who watch this movie today must find 1985 as foreign as we found 1955 when we saw the original film.
More so, in fact
the 90s is the new 50s…
I was born in 1990 i loved trance music
Shit
Saw this movie first time in 1985, then other hundreds of times, noticing every time a new detail. Today I read Ronald Reagan on the poster
Same! I don’t think I’d noticed that before
The actor?!
Endlessly rewatchable film
Nothing crazier then seeing how clean cut and weirdly dress people looked in his parent time especialy geting soda for 50 cent even worst his mom crushing on him
People didn't dress like trash back in the 1950s
Everyone looked nice all the time. 😀
Weirdly dressed? Go look at the shit people wear now and say that again. At least folks had the slightest sense of decency, style, and formality in the early to mid 20th century.
50 cents? A 12 oz coke was only 25 cents in the 1980s. It was probably like 10 cents in the '50s.
Back To The Future is a perfect move.
Move? Really?
Definitely one of the moves of all time
Typo aside, it is considered a masterpiece for its genre (sci-fI comedy?). Amazing cast, script, fun plot, cinematography, music, special effects. And if you don’t think editing is important go look at some deleted scenes you will see some bad content. At no point did I get bored with this movie, which is pretty rare for me.

Marty travels back from 2024. Takes a look around the town square, goes back to torch the DeLorean and starts a new life in 1955.
Ah yes, the good ole days where nothing was wrong whatsoever with society. I mean, I can’t think of single bad thing about the 50s.
I always loved the 50s. Cars and culture and the women were class acts. If Dr Browns time machine was real I'd drive it back to 1957 or 58 and stay there.
@@robchamberlin4900 only to find yourself in the shit 60s a few years later😃
@@JORMUNREKKRyep. And then to have your kids drafted in the 70s
@@JORMUNREKKR Even the 60's ARE MUCH BETTER than ANYTHING Today. You go back to 1950 live until the 1970's and You should be good to go out.
I wish they brought back full service gas stations.
All gas stations in New Jersey are full-service only. Pumping your own gas is illegal there.
@@DavidLS1 Why's that?
@@matthewpowell2429 Because of a 1949 law called the Retail Gasoline Dispensing Safety Act. It states that “Because of the fire hazards directly associated with dispensing fuel, it is in the public interest that gasoline station operators have the control needed over that activity,”
You wish they would bring back?
@@therealtruetwelfth798 Yeah, sorry, typo error.
If they made this film today they would go back to 1994.
Exactly, this is what I was thinking, I was like ❛❛Bro... you went back 13 years before your birth and you look shocked like if your went back to the Stone Age.❜❜ 😅
@@sebastiaodavila9747 if I went back 13 years before my birth it would just be 1974
Greatest movie series of all time. They could not have picked a better actor for Mike's part. The casting on this was fantastic.
Although, they almost didn't. They were originally filming the movie with Eric Stoltz but had to replace him halfway through production and start all over again.
Wish I could've been there while filming... what a dream come true that would be!
I like how part of his surprise is that downtown Hill Valley is such a pleasant place, while in 1985 the mall has hollowed it out and it’s full of vacant storefronts, porno theaters, etc.
great, great movie. One of the greatest.
Huge back to the future fan 🎉
This movie always made me imagine what my hometown was like in 1955. Like hill valley, my town seemed a little run down in 1985 but many things I remember (schools, diners, city buildings, gas stations) would have been fresh and new in the 50s.
If you see any one year old kids running around in this scene, one of them could be me. Born 1954.
No-one cares, boomer trash
Of course...
Imagine a remake going to 1993. Would blow my mind.
I'd be so happy if I woke up in 1993. Screw the 2020's

Elisabeth Shue recently turned 60 and my most favorite role of her is Ali (Karate Kid and Cobra Kai)
But she wasn't in part 1
Bruh I think you're thinking of Lea Thompson
She was stunning in adventures in baby sitting
@@paulchapman6961I loved that movie
Good for her but I stopped liking her at Rick James.
That many Gas Station attendants never happened. I know I was there.
I’d ,love to back in time and see my mum n dad as teenagers 😂
Can’t believe they haven’t made more of these movies, with current effects and production etc, it would be epic portraying time travel , past and future

Отличный фильм! Оценка 10 баллов!
Epic scene.

the correct pronunciation for giga is jiga (according to webster dictionary) but we got it wrong for so long giga (gwith a g) took became the norm
Wow, if I saw someone wearing a down vest in my town I might think he's a time-traveller from another century.
40th Anniversary of this movie's box office debut is next year.
The idea of a everyday normal teenage boy going back into the past as a nightmare but he had to learn to live with it
Red (a homeless men you see when Marty back to 1985) was a mayor in 1955
If I had a time machine I could time travel back to the 80s and early 2000s or even the seventies or sixties or any timeline in the past
Still America is America.!!
Some random factsin the movie- they used the same set clock tower in Gremlins, there is no such thing as a jigawatt it was supposed to be a gigawatt, Biff said it cost him $300 for Manure which would be about $3500 .
Jigawatt is how some pronounce the "gi-" its a practice that almost disapeared now
The whole set was used in Gremlins as Kingston Falls the year before BTTF, they just covered it in snow, but when Billy is walking in the same spot as MJF at 1:36 you can see those lush green, very much not covered with snow hills in the background.
This gotta be a dream
But when your are born in New York then whether this city is 40 (1985) years before or 80 (1945) years before the city construction, roads, building have not changed so much only few LED screens and people's wardrobes were replaced at some of places..
It really seems like progress has slowed down. Except for electronic devices and the internet, 2024 looks pretty much the same as 1985.
First back to the future: grassy countryside around hill valley
Back to the future 3: sandy, hot dessert around hill valley
Climate change is real.😅
Check out the dorks life preserver
I would like to travel back to 1955.
0:59 - What is that kid bouncing on?
I think they're called moon shoes.
They were sold under different names. Moon Shoes, Satellite Shoes, Spring Shoes etc. A bit of a fad and a bit dangerous, like pogo sticks.
Couldn't get past the suggested incest in this movie. Passed.
Would have been funny if doc didnt enter the 1955 date and Marty went to see the birth of Christ
He would be screwed cause no doc to get him back
@@maryannscribner1922 I know thats what makes it funny
He probably would have altered religion forever. They would think Marty as some god from another planet
@@maryannscribner1922 He could just ask Jesus to send him back.
How could he have seen that? He would have been in North America.
Was the car honking at him foreshadowing 😳
No... It was because Marty wasn't paying attention, and the driver honked to snap him out of the staring and to his or her presence as well. Simple as that.
😎🎸🎙️👍👏🏆🥇🔥🔥🔥

Funny how in this days they was thinking how past is look alike😂.

“…these people are people too?” You obviously have not been paying attention for eight years. (I’ll send you some news links to catch up.) 😳
I wish I could go back to 1985 55 would be to alien for me. Every 31/12/85 I would just hop in the delorean and start 1985 again. 😂
85 was ok. I was 21 and in love (still together). But it wasn't perfect or even all that great. Enjoy the time in which you live. There are a lot of bad things today, but good things also. Same for every era.
Korea 1950-1953
Don't remake . Make another doc browns kids would be all grown up now ? ❤ I need your help to get back to the year ....1985
Marty realizes ronald reagan was an actor in 1955, making movies before he was the president of the United States.
If this movie was made today. People would go back to 1995, the effect wouldn’t be the same as there doesn’t seem to be a massive technological gap between the 90’s and today!
I beg to differ. The 1950's had transistors, proto microchips, microwave ovens, nuclear power, stereophonic sound, basic computers, credit cards, transcontinental air travel, television and radio broadcasting, supersonic aircraft and the launch of the first satellite etc etc. The 80's had much of the same only more refined. As someone who grew up in the 80's (I was 14 when I went to the cinema to watch Back To The Future) the impact was not so much of a technological one but a cultural one. The 50's music, fashion and daily life portrayed in the film was the thing that brought about the most delight as an 80's kid. Compare 1995 to today ( I was 25 ) and yes, we had cd's, very basic mobile phones and satellite TV, but I could not have imagined in my wildest dreams that the internet would become what it is today. This alongside the growth of A.I , graphics and computer power that grows exponentially every one and a half years, the technological gap between 1995 and today is way bigger than between 1955 and 1985. Just my 2 cents.
"Progress is his middle name"
No it isn't. That's a weird middle name.
Also, lower taxes means less civic improvements.
Marty's hairstyle changes from 1:52 to 1:58
This trilogy must've been a continuity director's worst nightmare.
Fake
I hate this furure
"furure"? What's that?
