Really impressive. 25 year refrigeration mechanic (mostly supermarkets). Ive been doing ammonia now for 3 months with WMI. Cycle is the same but the Components sure are bigger. Been digging into PLC's lately since supermarkets don't use those. Love the channel man.
Beautiful Dan. PS having a bit of trouble getting a 4 - 20ma analogue feed back to the PLC from a Hansen Tec MVC. 1 1/2" controlling level in a surge drum. It is controlling and we can see the valves position locally, just no feed back. Any ideas? No problem if not just thought it was worth a shot.
@PhilipDrain Thanks. Have you tested the analog input? I usually use a signal generator to test the input to make sure it's reading correctly. Then test the Hansen MVC output to make sure you're getting a signal. I use the Fluke 773 to do this.
