what i mean is ...the tourism ..the income the revenue generated ..must be spread to or share it to the locals to the city itself ..not to the big govt in Malacanang ...not to the senate and congress ,,improve the living standard of the locals here in olongapo subic

Helloooo...... it's obvious that you have not been around the people of "Have's in the Philippines" these types of Filipino's are the Filipino's that will come and go to visit Australia as they wish....and would not try to live in Australia because they have "enough money" to live the kind of life you would live in Australia.....these are the "upper well to do Filipino's and most of them are connected with the "Government" from previous administration.....they are related to them or have some type of "secret businesses".....thus they can afford to live the way they live.......with more money than you can imagine.......of course you would not be "expecting that from the Filipino's because all your life you have been told and you have speculated and heard of kind of "negative and poor remarks" about how Filipino's are suppose to be like or what the kind of life that "you think" they should be "living" that type of "life style"........your Australian mind is "programed" to think that way about Filipino's thus you are expecting it......you have already painted a picture and it strikes you because you are "seeing the opposite" of what you are told Filipino's should live......remember....we are all people regardless of what "nationality or race" we are all capable of "living the kind of life that we want" so long as there is a fair chance for us to "make it in life" ....and there is appropriate system support that helps us achieve our dreams........the only difference between your Government and the Philippine Government is that "all of previous" administration before Duterte.....corrupted and robbed the "people of the Philippines" thus most people do not have much....but most Filipino's have a big heart.....while some "live the life of luxury" like what you see on your video......your Australian Government has a built in system that will help the needs of your people and there is still trust and power that lives in your system for the "common person" thus your economy is more robust than the Philippine Economy.....but we hope that Duterte will be making the change for the "better" and for the people......and in time....Philippines will be back again as the "Dragon of Asia" or the Pearl of Asia.....as it once was......The Duterte administration is now working on the people and the economic structure of Philippines to get it back on track....like it was before...but this time...there will be more "Chinese and Russian's" as oppose to American's and Brit's and Australian's........Philippines is changing face and friends towards China and Russia....and the rest of them are just "acquaintances" of Philippines.......
