Lemme take your pov that you disagree and hence you believe the opposite , that is that either wisest men also change or stupid men also change or both... If the wisest person changed that means that he was wrong somewhere and hence amended his way, realizing he was wrong somewhere and changing his way definitely means that he is wise but it also means he wasn't wisest because how can you be wrong and still wisest.......so it follows that if you are the wisest you won't have been wrong in that thing (likewise in all the other things) and if you are not wrong in anything then there is no need to change....and hence wisest men don't change.....
