Absolutely beautiful but what if you don’t have an inflator how many pumps using a balloon hand pump?

I wouldn’t even attempt a garland, arch or wall without an inflator. They are cheap. $20 or less on Amazon. That type will work for most balloons but not the 260s and sometimes not the five inch. A good hand pump will work for those or a cheap specialty pump.

thank you, try 2-4 pumps. Feel the balloon, if it gives you room to divide a balloon in half than you are good to twist and move further.
