I still have the same baffle in my tank. That baffle causes problems as it traps floating items like grease and toilet paper and can clog the inlet pipe and cause a backup into your house. Ask me how I know. The next time I pump out my tank it will be removed.
Recently had my tank pumped The concrete ring around the inlet pipe, I was told they don't use them anymore and the worker took an iron bar and broke away about 1/2 of the top left side Is this going to cause me problems?
This is hands down the best septic 101 tutorial I've ever watched. THANKYOU❤

When you go to sell your house and they inspect the tank your inspection will fail due to lack of baffle. Ask me how I know :)
I have the same style tank. The house was built around 1970.

It will not cause any problems! It will actually help prevent problems! I did mine the same way
Put manhole frame and covers over your tank covers. Easy access
How did you get that lid up?
Idk wat he used, but log roller is key
Isn't that baffle on the wrong side
Appears to be backwards to me. This should be the outlet baffle.
