Thanks for the translation. Subtitling three languages (four if you count the romaji) is mighty impressive work! I think Zeagrysta is a step in the right direction for introducing new boss mechanics and attacks, not too difficult to be annoying and not too easy to be challenging. Fighting half of the bosses in Toram basically boils down to invincible spam/Asura snoozefest and the other half 1 sec FK. Now if only the grind isn't akin to a toxic relationship, that'll be perfect.
i hope they have a plan to lower inflation before next year, if 10th anniversary toram didn't lower that inflation i think many new players don't want to try and play anymore and I hope cases of mods and bots can be resolved soon cuz this very important to make game alive especially bot users who run like 50 accounts at once must be resolved immediately.
P said it himself, they dont wanna deal with pressure to keep up if toram becomes too popular, it's like he's developing the game only because he can, and wanna keep a small community of players, hence that's why no ads campaign is being held.😅
so far that decision is just backfiring at them and their games communities I don't understand the point of making a game and not want it to be a global hit? will it add more pressure? yes but it will also bring more revenue so they can just recruit more ppl to deal with that :/
@@D-corpse12 Exactly, i don't really understand aso logic either because if the Game gets a global hit it gets more revenue and more revenue means more updates and more money and people to hire = Less pressure and more money lol

Because Toram is an old game with old graphics, it's difficult to compete with popular games nowadays despite having one of the best mmo gameplay mechanics. Suzuki knows and accepts the reality but can't just give up on it because it's asobimo's best game with the highest income stream afterall. This is why i asked asobimo to create and develop a new mmo with better graphics but similar mechanics. It's difficult but it can be done, and i think they're in the progress of doing that seeing how they're releasing new games with much much better character models than toram's. These new games are kind of like test games for them to improve the graphics For example Torerowa, i really enjoyed the game and i actually miss playing it after the beta test ended, i really liked the character model design and all the poses and emotes it has, definitely a major step up from Toram
@@XenGamingChannelimo u can't just judge toram for just being on an old engine I've seen pixelized and 2d games excel at their own genre competing with other pre existing giants. toram didn't have a chance for promotion like modern games nowadays r doing. and i think if aso wanted to make it more visually appealing/aesthetic they could've done much better. ur point is valid but not 100% of the reason of toram's current state. i myself don't value graphics as much as game's fundamentals and gameplay, if it's fun then it's worth it and toram for me defo deserved more care from devs than what it had :'v Also if they're going to make another mmo i just hope they promote it and make it live up to its potential unlike toram.

I cant recommend Toram because of the economy and how well players are treated and considered. Heres an example of that: 1 Adventure Diary is 25 orbs. Id hate to start over in this game. It can be very fun but getting to the FUN of the game can be costly. The stuff you want to fight is bewildering in stats while the public has been conditioned over the years to cry over fast kills and leave if things are slow. Growing in Toram takes months if not years- Im talking serious leaps. This would be fine if they werent wardogging the state of spina. The whales are wising up or getting harpooned so much that the source of primes and legendaries are drying up. Theres just no drive to lose so many times and get useless junk supposedly equal to your orbs. Also you get like 5orb SHARDS a month if youre lucky with stamp rewards. Those expire in 180 days.
the game is in a serious dry of 1->2 piercers they really need to add more ways to acquire these and/or reduce those orb prices even if u don't live in a 3rd world/inflated country those prices r too high for u to gacha knowing that u might not get what u want.
Huh i got like 2-3 Diaries the past month alone, this is definitely false. And as for the bosses giving little exp, that's also false, raid bosses can give tens of millions of exp, basically getting us a lvl every 5-10 runs. Event bosses are there too which have tons of exp. As for the party and people having a preference over fastkills, this is shaped by the players and the community and in no way can the developers interfere with this, so this is not the developers' fault. This is just how MMOs work and we have to get used to it if we wanna play the game. If you look at other MMOs it's even worse, people PK-ing other players at spawn points and farming spots, and we can't do anything about it I do have to agree that starting toram is extremely difficult which is the main reason that deters new players from continuing, but the reasons you stated are false, and remember that the developers need to have income somehow, if we want everything to be free then how is the game gonna stay alive? Please see and think from both perspectives as a player and as a developer
@@D-corpse12 I can agree with this, while the devs need to have income, the cost can be too much while also not giving us a guarantee that we can get what we want. So in order to satisfy both sides, i really think the devs should implement a pity system for the gacha. This way the devs can still have a good (or even better) income while the players no longer have to suffer not getting what they want after spending hundreds/thousands of usd. This can actually give the players incentive on spending money and doing gacha. As a result, more players will spend money, each player can spend less, the devs having more income and the piercer prices can be lowered. Win win for all
That's the problem with spina, new and most veteran players always prioritize gearing up and upgrading their equipment which revolves around a non-premium currency. This makes some players turn to RMT because the alternative is buying orbs to use it for item gacha and pray they don't get shafted by the ~3% rate without pity system, then selling those items to others. Players preferring RMT and the dogwater gacha system in Toram are also part of the reasons why bots infested the game. At least that's what I observed on the global side of things. JP may have wildly different perspectives (most whales are probably from there) and Asobimo always put importance on JP above any other region.
