Oh my goodness! Thank you SO much for posting this. Burnham is a very important place for me. It was my dear mother's home. When I was younger (so much younger than today) mum, dad and I always had our two week summer holiday at my grandparents' down there. Burnham and the whole region were always magical for me. For the last nine years I have taken to going back there for a few days in late September/early October. I always go to the same guesthouse, and also to the Baptist church where my gran and my mum went. Thanks again. Some of the pictures are Burnham as I remember it from childhood, some are before my time, but all are most interesting. Good music too!

Great tune love Doo Wop thanks. Stayed in a caravan at Burnham on Sea in the early 60s. Somerset still had men charcoal burners in the woods.
