    You left out prunes.... one of the most beneficial fruits for osteoporosis.

      With my milky oats in the morning, as a snack straight out of the bag.. with yoghurt as a dessert… and in many meat dishes. … dates are good too.

      @@HealthyHabits-ji8tw dates add natural sweetness to apple desserts … with cinnamon, maybe with walnuts, zest of orange for muesli crumble, pancakes … prunes in meat dishes .. Moroccan tagines … or soft prunes in my yoghurt or light cheese cake.

    Pls do not take low fat yogurt as there's more unhealthy addictives e.g. sugar added.
    Better to have plain greek yogurt, then add your preferred fruits
