    Fantastic playing. I have this keyboard and I only wish I could make it sound half as good as you do. Well done!!

    I have had mine for about four years and gig with it. It is the only keyboard that I would purchase again if it stopped working or was stolen. It weighs 12 lbs and it has been bullet proof...very nice demo...

      I still use it in live as a second keyboard, it is very comfortable, and light 🙂

    I've just replaced all of my MIDI rack modules with the VR-09, It's awesome. No Leslie rotation on 'Green Onions' though. Set to brake.....lol

      Yes Carl , you're right about using "brake" on Leslie, but I still had not found out how it was done on the VR09 !!!

    I own a VK7 now currently i just bought reconditioned for $680 and i already have a Hammond XK1 oh yes my B3 setup dual neo vents and hammond Leslie G pedals per organ. Roland VK upper manual and my Hammond XK1 as my lower manual. No need for a Nord to my ears sounds too digital. The VK7 and XK1 make the right organ duo

    Hiya. Great demo. I am really interested in the Synth Brass bit and the Jump chords. Have you adjusted it in any way from the pre-set? I want it as a second board to the Roland FA06, It looks very easy to operate and the brass sound sounds pretty cool.

    • @MrPianorgan
      @MrPianorgan  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hello, my friend ,
      Yes, regarding the brass synth I manually worked on the parameters (Tone, compressor, delay).
      However, I don't remember exactly to what extent I changed the parameters
      Thanks for watching, Have a Great day!

      Thank you for having enjoyed the demo video, I am not in the professional running as there are many in Yuotube, but I try to give an idea of what can 'make the instrument in general, Roland VR09 has good sounds, and' easy to use, and 'useful for many types of music to be played live.

    Hi, I like this demo and the playing and sounds are great. I've also seen demos of how to adjust sounds. I wonder if you can say how the VR-09 sounds compare to a JV-1080. I play at home for fun mainly and a bit of recording. Are these sounds much superior to JV-1080 sounds? Thanks and keep making good videos. :)

    • @MrPianorgan
      @MrPianorgan  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Also I have a JV1080, (Rack expander), The VR09 has some sound from the JV, but also has the best sound in more ', for example, sounds from Jupiter as Pad very powerful.
      The VR09 is very funny to use. Hello my friend, thanks for watching and have a good day !!!

    • @ArapuniWizard
      @ArapuniWizard 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello Luca, thanks for your reply. You have confirmed what I thought. The VR-09 has some better sounds and will be easier to select those sounds. The JV has so many and need to adjust some parameters for them to sounds good. I'll save up for a VR-09. They are a bit expensive here in New Zealand. Thanks again and have a good day, too !!!

    • @MrPianorgan
      @MrPianorgan  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah , In VR09 you can easily change Tone , Effects and Parameters in real time
      How much it cost in New Zealand ?

    • @ArapuniWizard
      @ArapuniWizard 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It costs about 1100 euros, $1699NZ. I see they are cheaper in UK or Europe but may have to pay import duty. With a small population here, most things are more expensive than other places. Not so many musicians so less chance of a good second hand one coming up for sale. I was just chatting to my friend about live music which has reduced a lot here since 2008 and less bands playing and even less venues. It's a pity because music can make people happy. How about where you live?

    • @MrPianorgan
      @MrPianorgan  8 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      With respect for Roland products, but € 1,100 are much money to spend for the VR09, here in Italy VR09 price 'about 600 €.
      I understand, and it 'a shame that people who like the music and want to have fun playing live has little way to do this!
      But I still hope that you can buy at a fair price.

  • @robfriedrich2822

    The grand piano sounds not so "grand" when you do it in mono. It's pretty mono incompatible and turns into a cheap upright piano.

      Thanks Man,
      My opinion about the VR 09 ?
      The Vr09 is a good "professional toy", very versatile, fun to play and very easy to use! This keyboard is fine if you use it in Live to play various types of music,you can control effects in real time ... can create a personal sound .... and much more .... but i think is not very professional if you need a special performances ..... it all depend from the type of music that you do .... the VR09 has limits , but for quality 'and price, I think is a really good product , I use VR09 With Bands playing some Blues,Rock,Pop Reggae and I'm very satisfy how it Work !!!
