CLARIFICATION!!! - So I call Shiki "not exactly canon" in this video. To elaborate, he IS canon, but the floating islands and all the events of Strong World are NOT canon. The floating island distinction is huge for this context since that is the reason why I bring him up here even. He exists in a weird spot in the story where we only see him in flashbacks and we have no idea if he'll actually be brought into the present story. No movie villain out of the 13 have been brought back in. Also Uta is another character that I'd consider "canon/non-canon" since we saw her when Shanks' arrived in Wano, but just like Shiki, we have no clue if Oda will actually use her in the future and we have 0 clue if she'll even have the same abilities and powers that we saw in RED; just like how we have no idea if Shiki will perform the same as he did in STRONG WORLD.
You also mentioned Uranus, and that's probably the weapon we saw used at Lulusia given Poseidon and Pluton are both accounted for.
Syv you see how Goa nobles burned all the "trash" out of the way? Well Imu wanted to sink all of the "trash" out of the way and make only red line and mariejoise safe to live, and guess what : the only way to fix this water pressure problem is to DESTROY THE GODDAMN RED LINE, and hopefully that's what Vegapunk will say next to start the final war, the war to take down the world government along with the red line and Mariejoise, the war of survival

Zeus has a propeller hat and a more juvenile personality so I assume he was probably created later on.
Also even if he was there i doubt he would divulge anything significant. It's more likely Sengoku, Garp or Teach will be the ones to tell us what happened.

I think one of two things will happen to cause the flood:
The red line gets destroyed somehow(most likely with the ancient weapons), and it makes the all blue by merging all seas together
Imu gets trigger happy, and starts firing off the mother flame on multiple islands, which in turn causes the water levels to rapidly rise and causing the great flood
They don't need a provocation they always plan to do that. Remember when the Gorosei was talking to Imu they talked about a "great cleansing"
Now Whitebeards words make sense "The world will turn upside down"
The land will become the all blue sky, and the sky will be filled with islands.
The OP is connected to this somehow, and what Roger told Shanks...hence why he knows not to eat a devil fruit

Shanks doesn’t know what the one piece is. He not only says it himself, but we also see a flashback of him not going, and he’s currently trying to get to it.
Vegapunk said the world would “sink into the sea” … He didn’t say “islands will rise to the sky”.
I feel like germa doesn’t get enough credit when it’s literally explained in the whole cake arc that they are the worlds first floating kingdom with interlocking parts so germa has the technology to survive the great flood too

The biggest hint was Vegapunk's unwillingness to call the Gorosei evil. What if the Gorosei aren't people with animal transformations, but animals with human transformations? Kinda like Chopper. Remember Chopper's backstory? Remember how the villagers thought he was a monster? Isn't that kind of like how we view the Gorosei, despite not knowing anything about them? This is just the island of strange animals, and Imu is Gaimon. Imu's just defending the island of strange animals from humans.
Do you remember Misery? Misery was a homie that acted almost human like. It seems like the more lifespan you put in a homie, the more human they become. So what if you just kept putting lifespan into a single homie? A thousand years? A million years?
Big Mom has soul collectors which can recieve lifespan from humans and distribute that lifespan to homies independent of her. So could a kingdom of homies continue on after their users death? It sure seems set up for that to be the case.
What if the "serpent" the Shandians originally sacrificed to was a soul collector homie? And what if Ju Peter was that serpent?

How would they have human transformations without the hito hito no mi model human? Are you speculating that because they’re born yokai they have magical abilities to appear human? It seems that they are awakened and are zoan types in their transformations. Following the rules of One piece, it makes more sense that they each have a mythical zoan that are all yokai or were able to harness a devils power without a fruit. During the beginning era of One piece it was always stated that the reason a person can’t eat more than one is because when you consume a DF a devil/demon forms inside of you and the two will clash killing you in the process. If this is still the case then i can see there being a way to directly harness the demon/ devils power without a fruit, which is backed up by pentagram imagery and brooke’s satanic ritual.
@@uzhollywood5044 Well, you know how Big Mom can turn animals into homies? Remember Rudolph and his crane? Essentially, that is what the Gorosei are IMO. Animal type homies that lived on after their users died. Originally they found ways to trick humans, like the Shandians, out of their lifespans. But eventually, when they took over the world, they no longer had to rely on trickery any more.
I believe they keep the Celestial Dragons alive, to serve as an example of what humans really become when allowed to rule.
Tidbits:
Big Mom had animal homies. The rabbit Rudolph (mihawk rabbit) and his crane buddy. They were seemingly inserted to show that animal homies do indeed exist. It seems Big Mom just prefers animating the inanimate. A past user of the soru soru no mi may have preferred animal types, and thus we have the Gorosei.
The cincher for me was realizing that each of Misery's arms have a haguromo scarf, like an awakended zoan user. 2 homies, 2 scarves.
Also compare Big Mom using lifespan to heal her arm, with Saturn's regen. Lifespan based regen. Saturn is spending years to regen IMO. But he probably has thousands if not millions of years by now, so he's essentially unkillable.

People saying the remnants of the roger pirates were prepared for this given how crocus lives in a whale, Rayleigh lives in Sabaody and coats ships, shanks having a none df pirates crew, oden wanting to open the border so bad so people could in future come to wano for refugee after the flood

Seeing as Oda draws a lot of inspiration from real world religion, I think the great flood is symbolic of religious beliefs of great floods most notably the christian story and noah’s arc. I believe the idea of giant ship islands like water 7 and safe havens for the flood is gonna lead into imus reveal being a god/ the devil. We already know Luffy is the Sun god and the Gorsei are speculated to have mythical zoan yokai fruits. What if Imu has the mythical zoan “ hito hito no mi, model: devil” or something to that effect. It would explain all of the pentagram/baphomet imagery and the flood would fit the theme. Maybe imu is the direct nemesis of nika, there’s already speculation imu was on joy boys crew. There’s a famous quote that goes, “ The greatest trick the devil pulled was convincing people he doesn’t exist”, imu is completely unknown to the outside world and those who see him die. This is my theory
It would also make sense why during the time skip brooke landed on an island where people were attempting to summon the devil, satan. why would they be trying to do that if the one piece world doesn’t have one ?

The model of the glove that Ohara had showed multiple moons, and I still think the red line is not natural. One of the broken df’s that can manipulate matter changed a moon into the red line. Removing that would drop the sea level and also fulfill the prophecy of destroying fish man island because Marie gouise would fall on top of it

This seems to be a reference to the political phrase regarding capitalism being a rising tide that lifts all boats. If you can't afford a boat or lack defenses similar to non capitalist countries you will drown/die. The rising tide could be both literal (climate change) or metaphorical (inflation). You are also correct. Most villains are not suicidal. If you destroy their means of escaping the problems they create then the problems will cease.

The bubble coating only works in the sabody archipelago. Outside of that you wouldn't be able to use sabody bubbles. If vegapunk bubbles could be used that would be an option
I don't have access to the story to see what actually was said, but.... there is a difference between sinking and flooding. He seems to be saying the world will flood, but the title says sink the world, not flood the world. And he seems to use the term sink and flood almost interchangeably. If an island sinks it won't matter how high up it is or if it has tall walls. If a flood causes water levels to rise less than the height of the island or walls, then everyone there would be ok.

Because the ability to erase history has to have something to do with devil fruits.
And since both Joyboy and Imu seem to have something to do with the origin of the existance of devil fruits, its bound to have never happened before they were born.
But again, that can be negated by the fact that a time traveling fruit exists (Toki's power to go forward in time) so at this point anything is possible...
i think Joyboy and Imu had different dreams of a perfect world, Joyboy was all about freedom while Imu wants to control it. Their wills somehow created the Devil fruits, Imu won against Joyboy and took control over the world.
However Joyboy's Devil fruit, The "Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika" still had Joyboy's will within it, so Imu tried to get it so nobody could have Joyboy's will, but story turns when Luffy eats the fruit and essentially revives Joyboy within himself.

We already know it's essentially a chain of elevated islands and that they all have their own climates.
The question is just how did they all get together to form the giant plateau we see now.

I do maybe it's an invisible fence or force of some sort working like clear plastic to push the island down and hold it down it's the only reason I can think of as to why the sea rises instead of lowering when the island disappeared

I always thought it was obvious about the rising sea level in One Piece.
The old Water 7, the high Red Line for the Celestial Dragons to survive, “Noah”, the weapon rising the sea level, no other continents etc.

Why does everyone think knocking down the Red Line will *lower* the water?
Putting aside that the ocean of One Piece is funky in other ways, knocking the a mountain into the sea is going to displace water, causing it to rise.
Now, yeah, the ocean of OP is weird. The most notable thing being the circular water-fall of Enies Lobby, (and now possibly the remains of Lulusia) the question of how that even exists still hasn't really been answered. Yeah, we can assume it was a previous strike of a similar weapon to the Mother Flame, but it should have filled in if there wasn't something keeping it there. So, the bottom of the hole is the big question there.
Then, of course, the mysterious general raising of water level after the MF strike. Something fishy going on there.

Looking at that last page I’ve been trying to figure out what the light shining on the marines is, it’s clearly supposed to be on egghead since the panel on top is showing the island but something of note is that on the top right corner we have a beam of light that is VERY reminiscent of Lulusia so I’m wondering, has Imu been getting ready to use the powers of the mother flame again?
Ok my spontaneous theory is that the water from the holes of Enies Lobby and Lu***ia are actually flowing up, probably long ring long land too but it has those “walls” maybe like Wano, but probably the water falls back down after sometime and then regurgitates, maybe because of what the mother flame does? Idk I’m having a hard time guessing lol
How I understand this is that "upside down" doesn't mean turning the world upside down because the One Piece or Roger would sink the world (not evil) BUT turning the world upside down because the world has ALREADY sunk in the ocean in the past. So basically through Roger and WB's words, turning the world upside down means reverting it to what it once was.
Roger crew know,that the world will sink, that's why Shanks built without a Devil Fruit, and Crocus built a home inside Laboon ,

I just made a theory by watching this video.
What if the the places you've mentioned that has a Wall protecting them from the massive flood and those who have kingdoms on high places was actually the original 20 kingdoms that defeated Joyboy?
We all know that Don Quixote Fam lived in dressrosa, which have massive walls which indicates them being protected by the ancient flood.
Then what if the owners of the Castle in drum kingdom was actually one of 20 kingdoms and they build a castle at the top so they can escape the rising flood? and then the royal family later moved to mariejois to become a celestial dragon.
Also, Wano country has a huge wall protecting them, which means the royal family before Kozuki clan was actually one of the 20 kingdoms too, which explains why they have a Wano-like guy named Ethan Baron Venusjuro. So that would parallel Don Quixote passing the royalty to Doldo Fam and Venusjuro Clan passing the royalty to Kozuki Clan.
What if the reason Zunesha keeps saying sorry to Joyboy is because Zunesha have a city (before Zou) that houses another one of 20 kingdoms that betrayed Joyboy?
This might be a stretch but since we all know Vivis ancestors also participated in Ancient war, what if the Nefartari Fam from Alabasta actually built Amazon Lily as a barracks to prepare for war, but then Lili Nefartari realize what would happen so she defected, and that might be the "blunder" Imu talking about.

what if 900 years ago joyboy made the promise to save humanity on noah ark but once he realized that wasnt possible at the time imu had the other (20) kingdom join him to counter attack joyboy because of the broken promise. Hey Syv, so sorry to be a stickler, but when you mentioned Shiki isn't canon (5:42), he actually is. Chapter 0 (Strong World), Chapter 530, and Chapter 1096. Again, sorry for pointing it out.
I say “not exactly canon” because while he IS canon, none of Strong World actually is. So the floating island ships don’t exist. Which is why I make the “not exactly” distinction because some people take it and run with SW
