I have just started using cork fabric and love it a lot. I started a wallet from another source but gave up because there wasn’t any instructions. I watched you and you solved my problem. I now know to put the top piece end to end so there is a gap in the middle to fold. Thanks for great instructions and information. I also realized cork is better sewn than glued.
I have seen cork popping up quite a bit with vinyl and faux leather in different fb groups for bag making. It looks like it’s not so difficult to work with! This is also by far the easiest bill fold tutorial I have seen! Thank you!
It's quite simple that's what I love about it. The only thing I would say is if that has happened, is to add some mod podge over the project. I would not use this on bags because we stuff bags with so much and to me, the material would be equivalent to "fraying" or "shedding" after being squished, bent and used. I will make this suggestion on the video.
Thank you! 😊 It's pretty quick to put together as well. I love that idea because although you can do a fabric wallet, this is a good option for males. There are a few more colors of the cork fabric that are more feminine as well. Just a different option.
I wish I had bought loads of cork fabric when I was in Portugal. I'll try to see if I can get some sent. I had no idea it was so easy to work with. I do have a two cork bags and a pair of cork boots oh and a pencil and a notebook :D. Now Iäll try to do it myself. Thanks for the video.

I can. I do not have access to the measurements at this moment but send me a message at sewnbynikki@gmail.com and I will remember to do it. I don't want your message to get lost in the flood of my YT comments.... : )
Love this ! Is there a trifold out there?
I don't have a trifold video, no. Sorry. This was meant to be a thin option to use as a wallet. : )

Cork notebooks are the coolest! I have a tutorial coming out on that with a few "quick sews" this week! :)
@@SewnByNikki Thank you so much, this will be fun.

I can't get the measurements for the wallet. Getting a 404 error on the page
Is there a way to know the measurements without going to the link? My computer says it's not a safe link and won't let me see it.
The information is on my blog. I don't know them offhand. Not sure why that happens but I own that domain name....
The link no longer works, I know it’s been awhile since you posted this video. Would it be possible for you to give me the measurements please?
I can. I do not have access to the measurements at this moment but send me a message at sewnbynikki@gmail.com and I will remember to do it. I don't want your message to get lost in the flood of my YT comments.... : )
Nice video but can’t access measurements.
