Im not sure CS Lewis would appreciate a strategy approach to life since his one and only strength was all summed up in the Person of Jesus Christ, and having a relationship with Him which is far better because regardless of how successful an approach (like mindfulness or Tai Chi) may actually be, or feel to us. Because a strategy can fail us (or we fail it) when its most needed. But Jesus can never fail us.
