Yes!!!! This "Gawga Peach" loves her Pecans. They're my jam, too. First time using your recipe, and it tastes "soooo gud". 😆 It is Thanksgiving Eve 2023 and frankly, I am not sure this souffle will make it to our dinner table on tomorrow. Thnx Hun😊
Lot of people have the Ruth’s Chris sweet potato casserole recipe on TH-cam but none of them are correct. Ruth’s bakes the sweet potato mixture and then they add the topping. That’s how they get that wonderful hard to replicate texture

I’ve dined in Paris, Barcelona, Milan and Morocco and the best that US restaurants have to offer and RS is just above average not five star.

Yeah but there is flour in that topping mixture so it should be baked.
My sister-in-law served the identical recipe in the late 1950's or early 1960's.

You want to bake it first without the crust and then put the crust on top and finish it in the oven. I think they just ran out of time to show that.
