- 1n 1996, we at the More than Music Show were honored to have probably the best musician to ever come out of Memphis Tn, world renown Jimi Jamison and his band Survivor. Although Jimi couldn't make it into the studio to be taped for the show, he graciously allowed us to air this pre-recorded performance.
All rights to this video, music and appearance belong to Jimi Jamison and NOT the More Than Music Show in any shape or matter. ( and we thank him from the bottom of our hearts for allowing us to broadcast this on our show. ) Jimi is the Best!

I love Jimi Jamison's voice. One of the top rock vocalists. All of his albums with Survivor, and his personal CDs are well worth playing. I listen to him singing daily. Finally, some well-deserved recognition with his October 12th, 2023 induction into the Memphis Rock Hall of Fame. ❤

Hello, in case you are unaware, Rob Levinson is creating a documentary, Resonating Voices: The Jimi Jamison Documentary. You can Google it and find the website. I am unsure how long it will take and if he will be able to raise all of the money. If it gets done, it should be fantastic. He does periodically post some of the people he is interviewing on the website. Just an FYI and thank you, again, for the package. I did find the ticket in the induction brochure. Perhaps you attended?

Yes, I did attend. It was really special to be there and wonderful to see Jimi's family (Lacy, Jamie, Amy & Debbie) on the stage together. I am sure that was the part that caused him to feel most proud!

There isn’t a singer that comes close to his voice to this very day. He was pure talent. He gave everything he had at each and every single performance. Left way too young.

Meeting Jimi was a dream come true. The greatest ever. He and Dave Bickler. Survivor was lucky, lightning struck twice.
I would of loved to have been the girls that's Jimi reaches out to hug in the crowd. They were so lucky to have been touched by the gorgeous Jimi Jamison. If l had been there l don't think that l can't hold back to reach out to him. 💋💋😍😍 I will miss him and love him forever.

Rose J neither did Steve Perry ever lip synch or use effing Auto-tune. You can use it live in real time.

There’s a reason why my top two favorite singers ever come from Memphis Tennessee. Number one is was and always will be Elvis Presley, and number two will always be Jimi Jamison.Not to mention that he was also an extraordinary performer with lots of charisma and stage presence. Jimi was also one of the nicest most down to earth guys you would ever want to meet. Met him back in 1995 and it was an absolute thrill for me as a singer.
