@@keeto_1875 apparently 20mm spacers are fine but generally I am informed they will ruin the handling and destroy the car leading to me needing to send it to the scrapyard because it’s no longer how Honda made it to be.
@RacingS2000 I don’t track the car but it handles and looks so much better than before so more than happy with the work @DreamAutomotive have done. I’ll be going back to them for other work later this year to get the front and/or rear suspension “refreshment” work done. Thanks Again Dream!
i remember u were featured in one of the magazines regarding changing the springs etc and magazine did say the fronts were a pain to change..its good u mentioned the rears go on particular side as some places wouldnt know that had a friend who had directional tyres on her car but the garage had them pointing the wrong way
I love your videos, but more than that: I love all your projects. Would love to come and visit once... But it's a bit of a distance from where I live (NL) ... But being the HONDA enthusiast as I am, I really love your work!
Hello Dream Automotive. I wanted to ask, I have 20mm spacers in the back, I wanted to install an HR shock absorber and I have a 245 34 19 wheel, the original rim from the FK2. Would I need to install the wheel in the mudguard at the back?
Hello, I have an fk2 type R, I don't know how to use HR or Eibach springs, which one do you recommend? but the R function works like with the original springs? by having different measurements? Will lowering it give a good result?
Hey team, I did this quite a few years back now on my FK2. Only thing is, my tyres are catching on the rear arches after lowering and spacing. There is a sharp metal ridge under the rear arches. Can this be rolled or cut off?
Really tempted to fit this with you guys. Will the Eibach Springs give you big problems with London's large number of speed bumps? I have so many in my area / on my daily routes in my FK2.
I wouldn't lower my FK2 due to savage rough roads and deep potholes I have to encounter. The car is low enough in standard form. I still scrap under my bottom lip, pulling into petrol stations as it is. FK2's are better suited to 18" alloys with thicker tyres that fill the arches better imo.

@@DreamAutomotive Oh I've got plans for you to do stuff in the future don't worry about that;) You told me to get a FK2 and I did and I think I want the three common issues deleted before they make an appearance, the throttle body hose/T valve mod and boost solenoid cabling for a start.
That’s my car, it looks better and drives better too, well worth the money and thanks Dream for sorting this for me!
We're happy to hear you're pleased with the outcome! 🙌
Hi. Can I check if the 20mm spacers caused any rubbing under heavy cornering at the track? Also what Tyre size do you run on the stock wheels?
@@RacingS2000 hi did you ever find the answer to this question?

Looks so much better especially with spacers!
Providing the proper Type R road presence 😎
You're an endless source of knowledge.
From one of your fan from Reunion.
Wish these were available in the states 🥲

Good memory, that was a good few years ago now but yes, we were featured fitting these springs in Japanese Performance Magazine in 2017! 🤯
Really nice. But it looked to ride just as high as my non-lowered FK2 with wider wheels and different ET?
Transforms the car so much
It's crazy how simple modifications make such big changes! Thanks for watching 🙌

Looks like a right faff on the front! Great job!
The springs and spacers definitely looks good on that FK2!
As always, I really enjoyed the video so much.
Instant upgrade to handling and looks! We're glad you enjoyed watching 😁
Looks great! :-) I big appreciate that kind of wisdom at 4:50 hahaha

And it doesn't rub at the rear? My with 22 mm spacers and 245 wide Michelin 4S does on compressions (on stock suspension).

If we are fitting one up in the coming weeks, we'll make sure to film it 🙌 Thanks for watching!
