Which RV site is closest to the water with power hook ups?
Cool video Do they only rent to people with a camper or RV where would they rent a site to you if you had a truck and flatbedtrailer ?
That's a great question; we're not entirely sure on flatbed trailers, but we have seen trucks with integrated campers there. It might be worth calling the main office to double-check: 435-680-0715
Cool video. How do you camp on the beach in your rv there? Is that a separate camp site?
You pay a fee but then beach camping is first come first serve, so you pick your spot.
Do u need permit for a utv ?
Question....by "full" hookups you are saying every site has it's down dump/sewer area PLUS water and electric correct??
Correct! In our videos, when we mention that a campground has full hookups, we're referring to Electricity, Water, and Sewer. Sand Hollow also has a dump station nearby as well for campgrounds that don't have full hookups (such as Sandpit Campground).

Solid question, Tim. As far as we know, the answer is NO. It's first come first serve. But... you will still have to pay to camp at the park those days.
Drone footage looks great, but it would have been more helpful (expectations vs reality) if campsites were shown at eye-level as we would see it when we arrive there.

@@realestateoscarbarragan Sandpit is a Campground located within Sand Hollow State Park. You can bring your trailer and off road toys and leave from the campground and find all sorts of trails to ride....

I’m new to this, what are hosts sites?
Park Managers have Camp Hosts help them take care of campgrounds. We call the spots where they stay in the campground, "Host Sites"
How did you get drone permit ?
You usually need to talk to the state park manager of whichever park you’re at. Sometimes they allow you to pay a small fee and fly a drone. Other times, they don’t allow it at all (like Snow Canyon State Park in St. George).

Yes you can.
Nothing about that crowded nonsense looks appealing. Why do people like being on top of each other in nature? It's horrible.
It’s a lot more spread out than it looks dude go there for yourself
It is definitely the most popular state park in Utah, so do expect crowds; however, as others have mentioned, there is a good amount of room to spread out around the reservoir.
