My experience wasn't good but the founder of voromotors reached out and called me on the issue after I received mine. I appreciate that part but I'll wait to buy again until spring. Sucks but oh well. (Battery jammed wouldn't unlock, unit wouldn't power on. Received wrong kaabo and incomplete charger. I only got to set it up but never got a chance to enjoy it. Returning it today
