Sometimes cream gets fungus / it gets thicken so it’s better you use it early & store it properly & check the cream before using.

Please check cream expiry Date.
I usually don't use cream when it's consistency gets changed. Like it becomes thick after a certain point when we melt it. And such cream can't be whipped properly & it tastes different than normal liquid consistency cream which we whip.
Dear meri cream mein ne defrost ki per a ab woh whipped nhi ho Rahi
May be due to following
1. Expired
2. Might be water got mixed in the cream while defrosting
3. Cream’s consistency is thick (Which happens many times even when expiry date is too far)

Hi ma'am.i have an opened pack of rich star whip topping..it was stored in the freezer bt unfortunately we had a power cut for two days..will it go bad .??..or can I still use it??
I really can't assure you about whether you can use it or not as I haven't faced such issues till now, but I would suggest just check if it has bad smell or taste. If it doesn't then you can use.

This is what I found: The cream should be good until the date on the carton or 7-10 days after opening-whichever date comes first. Keep it in the back of the refrigerator (where it is coldest) for maximum shelf life.
