Just a couple days after my 9th birthday (May 2, 1994) and yes, I was watching "Prevue" at the time. Also, "Rampage" is a very underrated thriller from the late, great William Friedkin.
At your suggestion I just watched Rampage tonight and definitely enjoyed it! So thanks for that! I'm glad I wound up seeing the original '87 cut versus the '92 cut though. After comparing the endings I definitely prefer the original ending versus the more hard-line stance in favor of the death penalty '92 ending. Regardless of which cut someone sees still a very thought provoking film! They don't make 'em like this anymore...
There was always a few movies that played a major part in my summer viewing. "Don't Tell Mom The Babysitter's Dead" was my summer of 1992 movie! The nostalgia is strong with this video! :-)
Those days were great. We had a descrambler and received in all paid stations…. Or. If it was a slider or push button set up. Remove the back cover a move the independent tuner control for each of the paid stations and merely tune them in. If it was a Zenith converter. U added a few jumper wires between components and then it would encode all stations. It was called a test kit ….
My neighbor friend had the descrambler. I still have dreams once in a while that I’m a kid again, experiencing the pure thrill of channel 95, or as it is on this videos’ prevue ch., number 55. 100 times more exciting than the unlimited content of today.
It's always nice to have more of these uploaded on here, just need more people to load the longer ones that go up to an hour or two. I compiled a few of the shorter ones and made them into hour long videos.
1. Do you have HOURS of Prevue Guide from 1988-1997? 2. Do you have HOURS of the Lifetime network from pre-1986, the 1986 branding, 1987-94 with promo affialite feed and sales tape?

Dammit, I just missed what was on HBO at 8:30, now I have to wait another three minutes for it to scroll by...
Right 😂
Oh, the good old days, when you had to wait for something.

Weirdly, ESPN is again doing NHL playoffs when TNT has NBA playoffs!

Nope.
I’m loving these old Prevue Guide clips. Though I noticed that on this cable system VH-1 and Comedy Central were shared. How long did that last?
