- Palava sauce is one of Ghana's most delicious stews. It's also very easy to make and very delicious. The leaves that bare used is called Taro leaves or Kotomire. They are cut into smaller pieces and cooked for a few mins. It is believed this is done to remove its itchiness. Most people don't boil there too. So it depends on you.
Ingredients
Kontomire
palm oil
pepper
onions
tomatoes
garlic
Tuna
Momone/ cured fish
tomato paste
Agushie
Salt
seasoning of choice
This can be enjoyed with rice, yams, plantain etc
