Thank you brother 💪🏽💯 Informative and you call out the bs excuses. Everybody has at least 1 hour a day to start strengthening themselves. DON'T GIVE UP Y'ALL, stay strong 💪🏽
I would like to see what you could come up with for those of us who have one arm ... These look fun... It's not possible.. and props don't give the mobility needed. * I haven't found anything on TH-cam yet to address this. ..

Hey Lee,,,i ve been following you r demos,,, theyre ,,,im 65 years old and I can actually do the iron horse stance for 5 minutes! I timed myself and I had to stop at 5:12. Thank you,,, I'm not sure when ill be able to afford your training. Fantastic stuff.
Ok I really really do not feel strong ever since I have stopped doing sit up's and crunches. I have stopped doing them because I have diastasis recti and have been told to avoid these two moves as well as others. I do not feel planks do anything or much for my strength. Is there something I can do to work my way up to these? I cannot afford PT or personal training.
@@LeeWeiland I did your frog stance exercise and unlocked bent arm handstand press. My capoeira mates were impressed. Will do horse stance and swipes one day
Great videos, Where are you located? I would like to visit with you and you're team for a few days possible. I have been looking at the channel for over a year now. I have to stop procrastinating and get it done.
Damn this is a fountain of knowledge. It is so true, ' You are as strong as your weakest excuse'. I have been doing a lot of that, but Its time to face reality. I have to do what I have to do. It's going to be painful, but what the heck.🙏🏿💪🏿
This and many of your other videos have been super informative, clear, and uplifting. I definitely have a lot to work on to get to the right side of the bell curve, but these guides make it easy to break things down into manageable pieces! Thank you & your team so much.
@@LeeWeiland I’m mostly being my own coach right now. I don’t have a consistent schedule or money to afford working with a trainer. Perhaps there exists a coach that could work with me, but I don’t know how I’d go about finding such a person.
Your knowledge is amaizing👏 , the way you share such monumental and esential movements is detailed and accurate 👍... and what is so important , motivational ✌️ Thank you so much for all 🙏
@@LeeWeiland Thank you for noticing my comment 🙏 Such things means so much to me and I belive everyone who choose your way , it is hard path ... and only way to do things right 🙏
Inspirational and useful info as always! Any chance you could dedicate a video to wrists? It may be one of the smallest joints but the weakest link of many and very important in this kind of training. 😅 Would love to see your approach on bulletproofing wrists.
Probably misunderstood. I meant something like the videos you've already done multiple times for shoulders, lower back and other joints and muscles but never covered the importance of wrists specifically. Simply informational for anyone interested into this. Ninjas have wrists too 🥷 Anyway, keep up the great work inspiring people! 💪
I just love your positivity Lee. Not making excuses or seeking any validation but i am working though a structural leg length issue and complications from a MV accident. But i ain't giving up. Namaste
Btw I’m a truck driver so I’m always sitting. You have redirected my goals for my life. I want to be able to flip of a wall and flip on the spot. Can it be done? Truthfully.
2006, had a sebere shoulder injury, stuck a camera and 4 ceramic anchors to hold it togehter from 6 oclock to 11 oclock. The cartilage was shredded, competely. 17 years later and aged to perfection at 47😅: no pain, 100% mobility, now working on being a total athlete, like you 🙏. I started this concept and trying to be the best me 3 years ago in my basememt, before found your channel, recently. Thank you, again 🙏
That's it I use to breakdance for 15 or more years and did flares almost everyday nowadays I have a dad core I can see my abs but they're not nearly as strong as they use to be ....I'm learning flares again I have about 6 kilos to loose u inspired me thanks

Nope. Not making instructionals. Get a coach because everyone is unique and videos don't solve a thing.

I’m 51 years old. My hamstrings suck and my lower back sucks even more! If I can just get to hand stands and flares.

Glad I found your channel.
Handstands and flares are worthwhile goals, will fix everything, and will take the next 5-10 years working toward. Go for it
