I can't believe how stuff like this can happen so easily and there isn't regulations in place.
There are but people don't follow them. Ask yourself what they're incentive would be if they're dishonest crooks and still get to rub elbows with politicians, receive awards and are financially rewarded.

When the pandemic first started, I purchased an RC tanks for $250.00. The Chinese crook sent me a dozen paper masks for the $250.00. Ebay claimed that I had received my package and they would not force a refund! I had to fight it out on Paypal and after 6 months won and got a refund!
Glad you git your money back. I'm surprised it took them so long to issue the refund. I sell things on eBay from time to time and I've been scammed by buyers in the past. They take the buyers' word over the sellers 99% of the time, regardless of how much evidence you have that fulfilled the order.

A few of my buddies started a ppe* business made over 8m in federal grants and 1.2 million in customer pay in 19 months they donated the 1.2 into our locally community received enough tax brakes to take the 8 million home tax free spilt between 3 guys. They are all good guys they just played the game and scammed the scammers for our money back.
