Indeed :) me too... but then again I had already seen his amazing performance in the movie, so I was pretty sure he understood the character perfectly :)
Awesome interview, he's a great actor (loved him in Supernatural and even his part on Grey's anatomy). Wish they woulda had the film when he caught on fire, would have made a killer extra on the dvd/blu-ray release. Glad he wasn't hurt though.
There is nothing like a good ol' stoogie to appreciate life. Glad you liked the movie especially Jeffrey Dean Morgan. How do ya like way he kept saying "Mother Forgive Me" very touching. I think The Joker knows his wrong ways in the end.
being a fan of the book I thought I would see the movie and leave mad, but I love this movie and I can't wait to buy it and watch the watchmen over and over.
I don't currently own my own copy (don't ask, long story) but when I buy it again, it'll likely be in hard cover, for longevity's sake. I most recently re-read it (in preperation for the movie, and teh various interviews I've had with the people responsible for it) in the standard graphic novel form, borrowed from a friend. And yes, I saw a press preview screening of the movie two weeks ago... review will be up soon :)
My friend and I both thought that in the posters/promotional images, he absolutely looked like a exact double of Robert Dowey Jr. We managed to catch the Gala Premiere over here...and boy, was the movie awesome!
Jeffery Dean Morgan was great in "p.s. i love you" (great scene when he gets out of the shower butt naked!!) he's a great actor and this movies looks and sounds great!! i can't wait!!
does anyone know the song thats used in the beginning of the interview Blunty3000 told me it's a loop of a song but i would like to know which one, so does anyone know which it is?
5,073 views in two days. No fuss, no muss, no pressure. He came to them so they all they have to do is talk. Its really simple and they can say what they what with out having to wore about saying some thing that will get them in to trouble. Pulse these types of interviews are fun.
If I'm paid to promote anything I say so. (unlike some OTHER youtubers who take cash on the low down for pimping shit out and destroying their credibility when they're exposed for it) I am not being paid to promote this movie, nor any of the others I've reviewed... and I wouldn't TAKE money for a favorable review even if it was offered.
wow a comment within the first hundred views :O neat! I'm excited for watchmen coming out, but I find it frustrating to explain the plot to some of my friends who dont really like comic books....any idea how to begin? There's so much to watchmen finding a good way to give it a summary is effing hard!!
He's one of those people who just LOOKS EXACTLY THE SAME as his character. Like a lot of the people they cast in "Smallville", casting departments have some serious talent finding these people. Comedian is my fav character by far after seeing the movie. I really liked him in the books, but the movie pu him way up there as one of my fav characters...ever.
B unit footage shows him flaming the VC soldier. Amazed that they actually used what looked like rather dangerous props for that scene. Bet the stuntman didn't have many eyelashes left after that day. :)
It wouldn't surprise me if he is, the guy needs to unwind after such an undertaking. But I doubt it, he probably just looks strung out cuz of effort he put into the movie which is a great sign.
Now that my youtube is finally working [please now ignore the email i sent before :P].... I freakin' love this guy. Good to see as well that he was actually moved by playing such a character, not the kind of actor that doesn't have a moral compass about the whole thing. Also, I'm jealous you've already seen the movie. I hate you so much. Not that I don't love you :P
Very cool guy, HUGE fan of The Dark Knight, recently introduced to the Watchmen Graphic Novel, and I absolutely want it to be better. TDK was way more hyped but Im actually a bit more excited for this :)
Jeffery Dean Morgan, the man you need on set and screen, amazing guy he is
With the stunningly powerful performance he gave in this film, I'm quite sure he'll be getting lots more great roles :D
Awesome interviewer that just lets the actors talk, and not interrupt them or ask inane questions.
This was the best interview of the 3. Awesome to hear what he had to say.
This is a ridiculously good interview. I am so excited to see this movie. I'm definitely going to the midnight showing.
incredibly lucky you got to meet such an amazing actor and such a sweet mellow guy!!!!
Indeed :) me too... but then again I had already seen his amazing performance in the movie, so I was pretty sure he understood the character perfectly :)
Jeffrey, how time flies quickly with you and how you know tell stories !
Hope that your future movies will be more secure.
❤️🎄🗼🗽

Awesome interview, he's a great actor (loved him in Supernatural and even his part on Grey's anatomy).
Wish they woulda had the film when he caught on fire, would have made a killer extra on the dvd/blu-ray release. Glad he wasn't hurt though.
Holy crap, how did he NOT freakout when he was on fire??!? damn! great interview blunty. and some F*cking hilarious stories by morgan.
What a cool guy, awesome interview!
Awesome! Not only did he have some great stories, his thoughts on his character were great as well. Really incredible.

Excellent interview! This guy is gonna be huge! Just the perfect man! Cool as shit!
Nice interview, can't wait for the movie!!!
The Comedian saw the problems and saw the consequences of everything, he's the best character.
Robert Downey Jr., Javier Bardem, and Jeffy all look like brothers.
awesome interview. Love the ending too
Telling stories !❤️
Awesome Blunty! Thank you for this!
I love how much he says 'fucking'. I also like when actors do interviews with people on youtube, they seem so much more real and candid.
Great interview man !!
thats so cool that you got to meet him blunty
he totally does, i thought it was him when i first saw the trailer, especially in vietnam when he burns the guy

I used my Canon HG10 for this. Superb camera.
Awesome interview!
He's perfect. Love JDM!
great interview.
There is nothing like a good ol' stoogie to appreciate life.
Glad you liked the movie especially Jeffrey Dean Morgan. How do ya like way he kept saying "Mother Forgive Me" very touching. I think The Joker knows his wrong ways in the end.
I couldn't place it at first but you are dead on. Kudos.
being a fan of the book I thought I would see the movie and leave mad, but I love this movie and I can't wait to buy it and watch the watchmen over and over.

J Dean...Long Live The Comedian...
And that's no joke.
El Comediante uffff grandioso Mr jeffrey Dean Morgan !!! Born to be the comedian i admire so much this actor !!!!
I thought it was him at first when I saw it
My friend and I both thought that in the posters/promotional images, he absolutely looked like a exact double of Robert Dowey Jr.
We managed to catch the Gala Premiere over here...and boy, was the movie awesome!
This guy, is the perfect combination of Johnny Knoxville and Robert Downey Jr.
I hope this movie makes him a super mega star! He deserves it.
Great laugh!
Jeffery Dean Morgan was great in "p.s. i love you" (great scene when he gets out of the shower butt naked!!) he's a great actor and this movies looks and sounds great!! i can't wait!!
Nope... But I met the man who's son plays the young Rorschach ;) (it was director Zack Snyder's son)
So awesome, Blunty! I love Jeff!
I love this guy.
does anyone know the song thats used in the beginning of the interview Blunty3000 told me it's a loop of a song but i would like to know which one, so does anyone know which it is?
i love it when he says 'its hilarious"
Agreed.
Hence why they picked him to play "The Comedian"
His voice sounds exactly like the way I pictured the Comedian.
5,073 views in two days. No fuss, no muss, no pressure. He came to them so they all they have to do is talk. Its really simple and they can say what they what with out having to wore about saying some thing that will get them in to trouble. Pulse these types of interviews are fun.
yes ,he sure as hell did. crazy ass movie. loved it.
Very enjoyable interview!
=)

awesome interview and great channel
Dat voice
JEffrey ROCKS! he brought the comedian to life straight out of the comic pages.
whats the song used in the beginning of the interveiw? where can i get it
awesome. by the way why does my youtube not tell me your vids are up anymore yet i am subscribed to you.
EXACTLY!
I totally thought he was Robert Downey.....
It's awesome :D heh, I've a brand new interview with Zack Snyder that'll be going live very very soon too... and a review :)
wow a comment within the first hundred views :O neat! I'm excited for watchmen coming out, but I find it frustrating to explain the plot to some of my friends who dont really like comic books....any idea how to begin? There's so much to watchmen finding a good way to give it a summary is effing hard!!
What is the music playing over the clips at the beginning?
music at the beginning?
He's all over the place!
best characterization along with rorschach. Very funny and interesting interview. The man really knows his character ;)
Amazing stuff! Thanks! :)
Wow, That's awesome!
B unit footage shows him flaming the VC soldier. Amazed that they actually used what looked like rather dangerous props for that scene. Bet the stuntman didn't have many eyelashes left after that day. :)
I thought the characters in the movie were so dynamic and deep that it was hard to pick a favorite...even so, The Comedian was great!
Yeah, my Dad and I noticed that as well.
Given the role, that's a High Art compliment!
In the beginning of the video whats the name of the song?
LOVE THIS
It wouldn't surprise me if he is, the guy needs to unwind after such an undertaking.
But I doubt it, he probably just looks strung out cuz of effort he put into the movie which is a great sign.
I think he was saying a doc camera, or maybe he just meant B unit.
It didn't sound like A and B cam set up, from how he briefly described it.
does anyone know the song that plays n the begenning?
I LOOOVE WATCHMAN!! yaaay! Read the graphic novel! He totally suites the comedian!!
The Comedian - an amalgam of Javier Bardem/Robert Downey Jr. :)
Very cool guy, HUGE fan of The Dark Knight, recently introduced to the Watchmen Graphic Novel, and I absolutely want it to be better. TDK was way more hyped but Im actually a bit more excited for this :)
yes yes he does
my god I need to get into imax for this
I'm so jealous of you right now! Did you get to meet the man who plays Rorscach?
Jefferry Dean Morgan is so awesome. And course you are too Blunty.
you are not alone my friend.
'we always had a B camera shooting stuff'... and Zack said it was a one camera shoot. B unit is one thing, but B camera is another.
