"The Awakener" - new Hi-Res scan, with sound
In September 1967, Jagat Murari, a Baba lover and a documentary filmmaker with the Films Division of India, was permitted to be present when Louis van Gasteren filmed Baba at Meherazad. Murari also brought a camera crew and produced a short film of the occasion. The film includes Baba washing the feet of a leper and a few scenes from the 1965 darshan at Guruprasad.
This new hi-res scan was made from an original print of the film found in the archives of the Poona Film Institute.
