What I thought was smart when he said he don’t have time to upsell. Some detailers will upsell and push next customer to a new time. As a customer I don’t have time to be sitting around waiting, I may cancel the deal in turn leaving you to loose more cash.

I always get comments on my professionalism. The baggy white tee, sweats and nikes looked like you just rolled out of bed.
