    Thank you to everyone for the support!! I understand there were some spotting on the grill & some didn’t like the fact i used a spray Sealant.
    To answer your questions the grill didn’t get polished because customer didn’t bring it up & wasn’t something that was addressed! Wasn’t water spots from the wash that just finished.
    Also i enjoy testing out new products i seen this CarPro Spray Sealant & have been trying it out. At the end of the day whatever time i advertise to the client i make sure they get that amount if not more, if at all the sealant doesn’t hold up i will stack it again at no extra charge without notifying you because that’s just how i run business & make sure your happy 👍🏽

    Good video bro .. keep learning and eventually you will get better.. just few observations or tips however you wanna call it … try use better car shampoo to wash the cars
    after you wash the car rinse then use clay lubricant to work on sections and every time you finish wipe it off.. when you do that you have better understanding what the paint need and how you gonna make look better than before
    on my opinion on this job needs paste wax then finished with any quick spray detailing product to avoid high spots
    But most important on this business if you don’t k know the exact time protection on the paint base on your experience don’t tell the customers 99 % of them don’t care about it … the sealant that you use only last to the next wash and believe it or not any product that come like that don’t have the availability to stick on the paint for more than 2 weeks
    And last one bro I promise you lol..
    Don’t believe what the manufacturer say or the supply’s stores say they want you to get more of it and buy more products every time ..
    The best product is the one that you try and work for you and your business everyone is different and work different..
    Good luck and keep posting videos

    If you are going to offer a clay bar treatment, a polish or buff "SHOULD" be included in the price ... not polishing or buffing after a clay bar treatment on any vehicle is lazy and you are intentionally ripping off the customers if you don't offer that as part of a clay bar treatment ... don't be like those other youtubers who think they are professionals because they can clay bar a vehicle, any person can perform a claybar treatment, the real "Pros" do it right from the start !

    • @topclassdetail
      @topclassdetail  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you for the advice! Majority of mobile detailers don’t offer a polish included in a clay & wax package, but I’m definitely gonna consider this for when i remake my packages. The clay bar used was a very light clay that is made to not cause marring & if so very little. All 3 that i carry are light clay bars so this way I’m doing none to very little to the surface.

    • @CheechDogg.0n37s
      @CheechDogg.0n37s 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@topclassdetail Correct, very few mobile detailers offer a polish/buff with clay bar treatments and it's mostly because they know that the customers are not as educated as "WE" are about it ...
      Regardless of the claybar's aggressiveness, you are still going to introduce marring and light scratches ... best to just not clay a vehicle than to do so, eventually you are going to run into that one customer who is very well educated on what we do and he is not going to be happy with you leaving or introducing more scratches and marring on their paint ..
      Just a few tips, you don't really want to clay a vehicle if it doesn't need it ... unless you are going to do a ceramic coating on a vehicle avoid doing a claybar treatment, instead offer a package that includes the claybar and polish but be aware of the state the paint ....
      My personal vehicle which is this Ram 1500, I have only clayed it once and only because the dealer gave it to me with a lot of contamination .... Instead every 6 months I have polished/buffed it and it looks like I have a ceramic coating on it ....
      Proper maintenance washes are key to keeping any vehicle's paint in almost pristine condition, focus on other services you can make more money on instead of a claybar treatment that is basically" half ass" and it's going to cost the customers more money later on to remove those scratches and marring...

    So if you will see there... im curious.. Dont you guys protect other vehicles when they are parked like this ? The car behind got smashed with products.
    We put up one of those pop up tents ( up in 1 min solo) and then put on walls wherever there needs to be protection.. Such as cars, buildings etc etc and just move the "wall" around if you feel me
    if i were to do this here i would get sued faster then anything, and this is not america haha.

    Im sure he doesn't clay bar and seal anymore. It's now known that clay bars scratch paint. Even after the wash, it still had a bunch of water spots that are embedded into the paint. That Cadillac needs a full on decon and paint correction.

    Great Video….. Good on you for making it happen…. thanx for putting yourself out there and sharing. My question for anyone doing the Mobile detail work : ever had a Karen show up and throw a fit about chemicals and dirty water going down the road in to a storm drain? Is that a thing? Is it an illicit discharge into city storm system? Can you be fined? Some detail products have some harsh warnings and everything causes cancer in California… just curious about the rules if any and the liability? Thx

      @@topclassdetail then don't clay a vehicle at all if you are not going to correct the marring "YOU" are causing to a customer's vehicle ..... not polishing or buffing after a clay bar treatment is lazy and you are intentionally ripping off customers ... as a detailer myself, I will never clay any vehicle unless I am also going to polish or buff it

    • @Badeau68

      Claying the paint might leave some light mooring. Polishing afterwards will correct it
