I somehow qualified for an affiliate link with amazon!
Please consider purchasing Kilmat off this link. It will help me build more vehicles. I build, and we learn together.

Thank you very much. We have kinda hit a wall, but we haven't given up. My son has been driving it for the last 3 months. He has decided a Diesel swap is in our future. 🤯

Dude I’ve been wanting to see a video of the rockers on a crew cab to see what I’m going to be getting myself into on my K30. Looking great brother!! Good luck finding the engine gremlin.

      Thank you.
I say don't cut into the door seal area if you don't have to. That was much harder.

@@ReshardsAutomotiveWorkshop that’s sucks. That’s where mine are rotten. Lol

😬. You can get it done. It just takes more time. Also, I should have done the rockers before the floor pan. They are spot welded together on the door seal area.

Got to love those 10 minute welds over the 2-day welds

      😆 oh yeah.
I wish I would have done both sides like that. It grinded smooth in a 30 minutes also.

I believe my issue with the engine is bad grounds. I will work on that tomorrow. Also! Please leave a comment! 😁

Awesome build man !!! You've motivated me to start mine after 7 years of sitting

Thank you! Good luck. We need to keep these old trucks alive. 😅
      Mine sat for 6 years.

Nice progress!! "The devil is in the details" my friend. Takes a while to get it right but you're doing well. Nice work and glad to see progress on the truck. JD

LMC panels have been hit and miss for us as well. I have some Brothers Truck floor pans and rockers here for another project I will be trying. I will let u know how they fit. Nice job. That truck is looking awesome. What’s with the motor?

I am getting spark and fuel, but it's not starting. That's why I was leaning to the grounds, but we did some testing and the grounds are good.... soooo next is maybe fuses and relays.

@@ReshardsAutomotiveWorkshop how about timing? If it has spark and fuel should fire up u less the timing is out

We checked it at least 4 times 😟. This engine is the TBI, so there may be something I am missing.

Looking good! Keep the vlogs coming? What do you use for editing and inserts? Mac or PC?

Thank you! Every video in this series has been filmed and edited on my phone 😄. I have a Samsung Note 10 and I use an editor called "InShot". It is pretty good and easy to use. I have recently purchased an editor for my PC, but haven't posted anything with it yet.
