    1. Which terrace, which parking, which basement if I go for 2nd floor 2.5 bhk?
    2. Can I request the rotation of the parking or terrace?
    3. Where else is greenery in building?
    4. What is exact size of basement room?
    5. Questions to builder - can I make windows in corner wall of the corner apartment? why not? The whole house will hardly have sunlight?
    6. Will wardrobe be completed and given? What type of wardrobe? How many and where?
    7. How many a/cs in 2bhk and 3bhk? What parts have central a/c?
    8. Where is the club house in pocket ? Size and design?
    9. Where are the extra cars parked? Will it be open area, is that legal per RERA?
    10. What is the monthly maintenance for 2BHK?
    What is the monthly club membership charge?
    Is it separate from maintenance?
    11. Bathroom fittings which brand?
    12. What kind of tiles and flooring in the apartment, and in the master and in the balcony?
    13. Balcony rear, where will it have water supply for WM?
    14. Can I sell the basement and terrace separately?
    15. Can I make partition walls in the basement?
    As per M3M website - "Terrace + Basement rights for all", what’s the meaning of this?
    16. What will be there in my sale deed and possession letter - what will be the carpet area, will it include car parking, open terrace, basement?

    18. Balconies will be having any water connections?
    19. Width of road between front and back 2.5BHK plots ? Where? is there a green belt on 9m wide road, where?

    Hi Gaurav, thanks for making such a detailed video and its quite informative. Just wanted to one or two questions from my side: Do you have any idea about the OAK Block as Pine block is nearest to the OAK block and all the Pine residents are going to use the club facility offered by OAK? Will the main approach 24m wide road would also get some big entry gates for M3M Antalya hills for PINE? Thanks

      Oak block is hold by M3m for low rise development. Pine block resident can use facilities in maple,palm,ebony. Separate Main entry gate will be their in each pocket.

    Is antalya luxury project or utility types ? That’s y clear explanation regarding clubs and amenities is required.

      Sir, Antalya is a luxury project with 100+ Amenities, multiple green areas, Italian marble, 26 white goods and list goes on.

    Thanks a lot for this info.
    1.) Would be also nice to know what will be the privacy level in the basement, will the entry doors be see through for each basement, or any see through partition walls?
    2.) Will ebony block have a swimming pool, will it be indoor or outdoor ?
    3.) Will there be squash courts or still undecided ?
    4.) Will Antalya hills have only one entry for cars ? If not, where will the other 4 wheeler entries be at ?
    5.) In Gurugram Master plan there is a 90m proposed road below sec 79B, when will that finish? Will that be an elevated road ?
